Hotels.com tried contacting management to authorize a refund so we could stay in another place, but the hotel never responded. While they did move us to a room with a better working AC the next day, we never received an apology. It appears the air conditioning is locked or programmed into an economy mode, making it completely impossible to cool the room down to a comfortable temperature.
Additionally, the property has only one unreliable elevator, and the common areas lack air conditioning entirely, making them unusable during the summer.
The staff appeared to be very young and lacked proper leadership. Overall, they seemed completely indifferent to the needs of the guests.

Great location, no service
We were given a whatsup number if we needed to contact reception. Our aircon broke during the night and no one red or answered our messages. In the morning the lady in the reception was sorry and told us it was the mistake of the night worker. But when the repair man came and didn’t fix it (broke again immediately) , no answer to messages again. So we had to run via the street to get contact with reception. Why do they give the whatsup number if they dont answer it?
Our flight left early and we orded picnic breakfest during check in, hotel suggested it instead of canceling breakfest. We didn’t receive them since they had forgotten and the lady promised a refund. Well, no refund and no answer to emails.
Hotel is ok if everything goes well but if you have to deal with something you will not get any service.

Very Disappointing Stay
First, the room we received did not match the photos shown at the time of booking. The pictures showed a larger room with a desk, a chair, and two separate beds. Instead, we were given a much smaller room with one double bed and no desk or chair. When we asked about this at reception, we were told that “these are just photos,” which is not an acceptable response when guests book based on the advertised room images.
Second, the room was extremely noisy. The noise was not coming from the street but from inside the hotel. We could constantly hear loud footsteps and what sounded like people stomping or jumping above us. It was impossible to relax or rest comfortably.
We asked to be moved to another room, but our request was refused. Instead of trying to solve the problem, the receptionist argued that we had checked in at 3:00 PM and only came to complain around 8:30 PM. This argument made no sense because we checked in, left our luggage, went out to explore the city, and only discovered the problems when we returned to the hotel. We reported them immediately after noticing them.
The condition of the room was also disappointing. The doors and walls were dirty and showed clear signs of wear. There were black stains in the shower that looked like black mold, making the bathroom feel poorly maintained and unclean.
Overall, the biggest disappointment was not only the room itself but also the way our concerns were handled. Instead of trying to help or offer an alternative, the staff dismissed our complaints. Based on this experience, I would not choose this hotel again.
