Very nice hotel, unfortunately a flop this time
We have now been to the Raval House Hotel for the third time. It is a very nice, modern hotel in a neighborhood that takes some getting used to. The neighborhood is getting shabbier every time.
The location is very central, however, the Ramblas has been one big construction site for three years. We are traveling with a wheelchair. Here too, I would like to tell others that with 75 cm, they will either not fit or barely fit through the door of the accessible room. It is very important to mention that there is an absolutely dream wheelchair service for handicapped people at the beach in Barcelona❣A young team goes swimming with you and is there for everyone. There are also accessible bathrooms and toilets that you can use.
We found the option to have breakfast until 11:00 AM to be great. Everything is still being replenished at 10:30 AM, so guests who want to eat breakfast later still have a selection at the buffet.
Unfortunately, we could not sleep during this vacation. The hotel has very thin walls. We had young guests above us who were getting ready to go out until shortly before midnight, walked back and forth, pushed chairs and tables, and came home at 4:00 AM. Thus, our night's rest was so disturbed that we had to change rooms, but even there, there was clear stomping above us. Also, people were constantly smoking on the balconies above us and next to us. Therefore, we could only keep our windows facing the street closed; it was also very loud in the evening and at night.
The staff at the reception is very nice; all other employees, breakfast and room service, cannot even manage a smile.
Since we rely on an accessible room, we are happy to have found a hotel at all, but we will try a different hotel for our next vacation.

Raval House is nicely located, central to everything. The neighbourhood is diverse, but never felt unsafe. Staff are wonderful. Rooms were basic but had all the essentials. Very soft white towels!!! Buffet breakfast exceeded expectations. Great value for money.

Beautiful
Cute hotel, quite central, located right on a small street that leads to the Rambla. Very small rooms, at least in my experience. A bedroom for two with a full-size bed is a bit too small. However, great cleanliness. As for breakfast, nothing special; there isn't a great variety, but, despite everything, it is a good place to stay for a few days in Barcelona without expecting anything.

Lovely modern yet compact hotel. Pic of pool a bit misleading, very small and water didn't look clean (cloudy). No bar, basic yet satisfactory breakfast. Would advise exploring Barcelona by turning right out of the hotel, rather than left. And be aware of your surroundings as lots of pickpockets/seedy characters. Great location, rooms and showers of good quality.

Very nice but slightly off putting
We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in July. It is very modern and clean with complementary hot drinks and a big reception.
Breakfast was repeated every day but a good amount of options for the price and a good standard.
The pool was small as expected but very shallow. It had a lovely view of the city and almost always enough sunbeds.
However, on one night there were over a hundred ants in our room and it could not be felt with that night which was disappointing. Although, the situation was swiftly dealt with the following morning.
Overall a very good hotel for the price. Check in and out as well as breakfast times were very good and lengthy.
