Great Spot to Land in Barcelona
Hotel Acta Splendid worked out perfectly for us. Very clean and nicely appointed rooms. Close to transportation and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, etc. Moysess and Sihem at the front desk, were very helpful! Would definitely stay there again!

2 night stay with family and friends
We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and it was perfect. It definitely felt more like a 4-star hotel than a 3-star
Our room was spacious enough for three people, with plenty of room for all of us to relax without feeling cramped. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated throughout ,and the beds were incredibly comfortable, giving us a great night's sleep. The air conditioning was excellent and very much appreciated especially in the hot weather
The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and get to everything we wanted to see and do.
Overall, this hotel offers fantastic value for money, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious for my family of four. Location was great. We will definitely stay here next time we visit!!!

Perfect
Weren't sure what to expect after seeing the small entrance but we shouldn't have worried. This is a very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Perfect for exploring Barcelona. Close enough to the city shopping area, with bars and restaurants also close by. But far enough for it to be quiet enough to sleep at night. The breakfast was stunning and Sina made sure we had everything we needed.
If I return to this city I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again.

How staff sloppiness can sink a business
Well-located hotel, well-appointed decor, very good room.
But, all this achievement absolutely degraded by zero empathy (not to mention lack of
elementary education), carelessness and disinterest of reception staff.
(Exception made of the young person present at check-in, speaking Catalan, not for this mere aspect, but for his professionalism and attention) The other three individuals who appeared throughout the stay do not even greet you when you do and pass Olympicly of the client in a more than offensive way! These employees do not deserve their jobs and damage the image of the establishment!
