Thanks for everything, especially to Alejandro!

This is the second time I have stayed at this Kampaoh and I only have good words for the place, the cleanliness, and the staff. Especially for Alejandro, the guy at the front desk who is very kind, professional, and helpful. The tent was perfect for the four friends with everything we could have needed. We rested very well, everything was very clean, and the location of the campsite right on the beach is more than perfect. We will be back!!!

Terrible.

Awful, awful. I went in July and they didn't have kitchenware in the tents, but the girl at the front desk gave it to me, telling me not to tell anyone; I returned in August without kitchenware and there still wasn't any because the Health Department had been there, I had to buy everything. The tents were dirty, full of ants, everything very neglected, you couldn't sleep with the music from the clubs excessively loud and there was a huge fight, I mean, a disaster.

Horrible in every way, not recommended

A horrible experience, I've been to the kampaoh in Menorca but I didn't find it to be able to review it and so I write the review under this since it is the same management. The tents are very close to the road and it is impossible to sleep, those who decided to put the tents there is a demented. It's all very dirty, we had hamburgers and chips at the restaurant the first night and I was sick 2 days. I worked in multiple restaurants and the oil used for frying was at least a month old. The reception is open from 3 to 10 in the afternoon so if you have a complaint to say it you have to go back to the campsite first and you have to miss an evening. I complained sent a message from the site and the receptionist was also rude saying that we could go and ask earlier (when exactly if you are closed at times when people are at the campsite?). It's not even cheap considering that with 20 30 euros more per night you can have an apartment without all this crap. Please don't go and spare yourself the nightmare we've been through.

Nobody to run away

Camping anti campers....Tents poorly maintained against each other, very noisy proximity to the road , not very friendly and disorganized staff
Plumbing problem in the toilets (no cold water in the showers while some flush)
No consideration of Traveler except spending money

Kampaoh never again!

Worst experience ever. They have 43 tents all along the main road. Basically, you can't sleep at all for the noise. Cars driving up and down the road all night. The beach was completely covered in algae. You could not swim nor sunbathe because the smell was simply unbearable. We read about the algae problem in the news and inquired about this well before arriving at the property. They assured us the issue was solved and that the beach had been cleaned up. None of this was true. Took plenty of videos and pictures as evidence. Very poor customer service and misleading communications from the manager side. I could have cancelled for free when we contacted the property. But we eventually trusted them. None of this was true and we got charged the full amount without the possibility of a partial refund.
