THE WORST NIGHT OF MY LIFE
I explain in detail: When we arrived in front of us there was a group of music that perceived that they wanted to party and we insisted to the reception lord to please move us away from their rooms and did not listen to laughter.
He put us wall to wall and the party began;
Shouting, chanting, slamming, etc. of about 8 people.
We called reception on 3 occasions and their solution is that WE who were sleeping quietly GET UP AND GO TO ANOTHER ROOM, now if in the other wing of the hotel there was ROOM.
My wife pregnant and unable to sleep anymore at 1:40 in the morning. They didn't even come up to your attention.
Finally, in the face of desperation, we considered that it was best to leave there. Mr. Reception, seeing us with our bags downstairs, still has no solution.
I ask for a claim sheet and give me A PHOTOCOPY, tell him I want the original book and finally put it up. He says he doesn't sign it because he doesn't agree with what I'm writing and I tell him he has to stamp the claim sheet, it DOESN'T HAVE A STAMP. Finally put your ID

Hardly anyone in the room, zero friendliness and quality of their dishes leaves much to be desired. The waiter, pending more of his cell phone that lets much attend, antique decoration with a face wash and rather dirty bathrooms for the few people there were.
In short, I would not return or recommend it. Service nothing relevant and food rather tasteless, without touch. Nothing to do with the offer of other sites in the locality. We stayed the next day in another restaurant (Pepita I don't know what it was called) and spectacular . I hope

LACK OF SOUNDPROOFING
And now comes the downside, why I can't put any more stars on it. They gave us room on the first floor. Communions are held in the hotel’s ground floor lounges and gardens until ELEVEN at night.
The loudest music from three in the afternoon until ELEVEN. We couldn’t rest either in the afternoon or until everyone had just left.
I understand it's a business, but it doesn't have any soundproofing, the noise inside the room was amazing, even the windows vibrated.
The very friendly receptionist, offered to change to the room opposite, but the noise was more or less the same.
I think this situation is not new, and they should at least inform customers.

It was worth going and checking that the new hotel management, I congratulate you, are doing a very good job in all aspects.
I will definitely go again.
I have only seen one thing that I have not liked and that was previously also wrong , the lighting of the toilets is turned off and nothing is seen inside, they should put a system of detection of presence that is cheap to put and so when there are still people in the toilets I do not know will turn off the light, besides being a danger and there could be some accident by the users of the services.
Otherwise all very well.
