Family hotel, excellent food, impeccable staff, and an excellent entertainment team, especially the French speakers Dani and Ilena.

2026 trip
Disappointed with the hotel and having checked trip adviser were not aware this is a predominantly Spanish resort it would have been good to have been aware. As a family of four we had to share 2 double beds! My son being 16 and daughter 10 we didn’t feel this appropriate! The reception staff were not very accommodating when we asked for a single bed or alternative room.
The food was good, entertainment was all in Spanish which made it hard for us to enjoy as I said previously would have been good to be aware of this and wouldn’t have chosen this hotel for the family.

Food little variety and poor quality
Bad food, with little variety, pressure drinks also with poor quality. In general the food is bad for a 4-star hotel.

Incredible..
Last day of our stay, after spending a week here. I am leaving with the satisfaction of having made the right choice for my vacation. The team that makes up this hotel is incredible. From the moment we entered the reception with Maite Alba, Management, we were lucky enough to contact Rafa, who resolved all our doubts. Dining room, Bárbara, Nuria. Kitchen, Fabio, Santos, Floren. Bar, Cristian, Martín, Luci, Paola and our dear Patricia from the pool. And many more that I cannot remember. José the lifeguard always attentive. And the number ONE, in CAPITAL LETTERS, goes to the amazing Animation Team. Cristina, Melody, David, Ilena, Andrés, Carmen, and Dani. They make time fly by, making us laugh out loud at every moment we lived. We happened to watch both of Spain's matches with them. We highlight Melody's involvement in the first one. Where she kept us from losing our cool and knew how to face the situation of technical problems with her best attitude. A 10 for that team. Last night after the match, the entertainment continued, and they made us sweat with enthusiasm. How great they are!!! Those people whose faces we don't know, but who are always there: cleaning staff, gardeners, cooks, etc... A thousand thanks. For this week with you all. Thank you.

Relaxing holidays
The hotel staff is very friendly. The spaces are well taken care of. The food is good and varied. Food for all tastes.
The animation group is 5*
Always with different activities for kids and adults.
The pools are very good!
The only aspect to improve is the Wi-Fi network.
