A fantastic little place.
I'm currently just leaving the apartment. 12 days: Description and details are steadfastly honest and accurate. A lovely apartment immediately next to sea front. Lovey and clean and easy to mantain. Nice wee balcony an added bonus.
Claudia and 'team' lovely people and very helpful with advice, assistance and information. I will return and hope to return asap: Great price, incidentally. I had the 'superior' apartment and shower was bliss. Location perfect. Delightful experience.

Very central
Just returned from a lovely week in this very central apartment,
After reading some reviews I was a little concerned but we were very pleased!, Alfredo jr and his team were fantastic, they were just across the road, they even arranged our transfers, which were cheaper than a standard taxi, the airport is only 15 min away ,
The appointment was very well equipped, it was just the two of us, I can imagine a bit squashed for four people,
Clean towels and sheets, plenty of hot water, washing mashing worked well, shower worked well,
We loved sitting on the balcony just watching the world go bye, a lovely view of the beach and restaurants, we would love to go back next year,

Very, Very noisy apartment
I was originally booked to stay at the Edificio Don Antonio but the property managers offered me an apartment at the Don Diego when they had an issue with the plumbing at the Don Antonio. I only stayed 2 nights at the end of June and was looking for somewhere close to the ferry port as I was onward travelling to another island by ferry. They also offered me a transfer from the airport for 25 Euros which was good as finding the apartment on our own may have been difficult (it’s in pedestrian only area) and the driver was waiting for us at the airport on our arrival.
The property was clean, had good facilities (including a washing machine) and was a good size and perfectly located for what I wanted. The Don Diego is right in the centre of the action overlooking the promenade just to the South of the harbour. My apartment was on the first floor above a bar/café in an area full of restaurants and bars,
I knew it would be a noisy environment and I thought I was prepared for this but nothing prepared me for the deeply disturbed sleep I did get. The noise from the bar/restaurants actually reduced close to zero before midnight but then just after 4 am I was woken by very noisy bin wagons collecting the commercial waste in the area, another group of wagons then woke me up again just after 5 am and then finally it happened again after 6 am. Effectively got near zero sleep on both nights.
The apartment itself was nice enough apart from one issue with being unable to lock one of the patio doors that opened out onto a balcony (The apartment had 2 balconies). I felt this was a safety/security issue and so reported it to the management company but the lady in the office just told me it was a known issue and they were “looking for a part”, so it was clear it would not get fixed during my stay. They said this area of Los Cristianos was very safe so should not be a problem (I did not feel this was a satisfactory response).

Excellent location
Stayed here from 28th May until 4th June and i have to say it was great, the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed to have a pleasant stay, the location is excellent, we were in no3 apartment and had a street view and a beach view, Alfredo real estate were just seconds across the street if you needed anything or had a problem and were lovely people to deal with, it is a very central location and so yes it was quite noisy but that didn't really bother me, i had a great time and would definately go back, i wouldn't recommend for young children as the noise would prevent them getting to sleep but for adults it is perfect

VERY NOISEY AND NOT VERY CLEAN
The only thing i can say good about this appartment is the location,Right in the centre oh Los Cristanos beach front, I've never had such an un pleasent holiday in my life before. The appartment was very dated and dirty with ripped towels and bed sheets dirty grimey dinning room seats,mould in bathroom wires hanging from ceiling and there was the noise !! EVERY SINGLE NIGHT/EARLY MORNING and I mean every single night ,,, Starting from 2,30am the local dustmen come emptying the local resturants bins,banging and shouting for half an hour then at 5.30am a guy turn up to jet wash the bins with a petrol jet wash reving away for about 45mins then come 7.30am the council turned up again to take the bins away to return them back later in the day for the resturants to fill them again,was told they take them away in the day due to flies and smell under your balcolny window,so no good nights sleep,I can honestly say I stayed many many times in Los Cristianos and this was the worst by far,, We stayed here for 12 nights and in that time it wasn't until the 9th night that our sheets were changed sorry no changed , Left on our door step in a carrier bag.after we repeatley asked for the sheets to be changed along with bath towels,, We were not given clean tells !!!! we were told by the owner of the appartment that we had to wash our own towels !!!! Towels that were ripped and stained at the time of our arrival

Hello Mark, why you didn't come to my office, that is 10 meters from the apartment and I will try to make everything to be okay, the same day of your departure we talked on the phone and you did not tell me anything, it's very easy to do it this way, To discredit the work of many people.
