Cherry on top
Absolutely magical! We only went for dinner but one of our favorite meals of the trip. Their interpretation of Menorcan cuisine is really delicious and refreshing. The mussels were transcendent! Great service, beautiful crowd. The manager sent his favorite dessert on the house and my kids are still taking about! Perfect last dinner in Menorca! We will stay here next time!

Over hyped
Pros
- beautiful decor and setting
- spacious room
- impressive cocktails
- huge bed (blanket needed washing and pillows replacing)
Cons
- there are a lot children here, ME either need to consider building an adults only pool area
- staying in the main hotel we could hear children crying at night - recommend a villa
- the air con in our room had mould on (not ideal when recovering from cancer treatment)
- no water station by pool for guests
- room not ready at checkin, not unreasonable to offer drink while waiting
- it felt like a lot of the staff were in training and one in particular did not want to be there
- could not get a good barista coffee
- I emailed twice through website questions pre arrival and never received a response
- yoga class with great instructor but overbooked and squished, additional classes should be added
- nothing within walking distance so at mercy of hotel restaurant and bar

A true haven of peace
We spent an excellent week in this sublime hotel.
The decoration is meticulous in every corner.
The beautifully maintained gardens
The spacious and very comfortable rooms
The pool is absolutely exceptional.
The welcome is discreet but efficient.
Only the cuisine could be more varied: it would be nice, for example, to have crepes or pancakes for breakfast and a bit more choice for lunch by the pool (more salads or perhaps club sandwiches for a simpler meal at noon).
We visited other hotels on the island.
It is clearly the most beautiful!

A dishonest hotel
A total disappointment. A dishonest hotel where I was cheated out of 400 euros and which simply washed its hands of the situation. They said they would do everything possible to help, but in reality they did absolutely nothing. I was strung along for days with promises and excuses, without any solution ever being provided. An extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
After everything that happened, I can understand why this hotel is ranked only 10th out of 16 hotels in the area. Personally, I would not recommend this hotel, and I certainly would not stay here again. My experience was extremely negative and far below what I expected from an establishment of this level.

We are deeply disappointed to read your comments, particularly because accusing our hotel of being "dishonest" and claiming we "cheated" you out of €400 is a grave and unfair misrepresentation of the facts.
For the clarity of the travel community reading this platform, it is imperative to state the reality of the situation, the €400 you refer to was never charged, received, or kept by our hotel. It was a security deposit retained by an independent, external motorbike rental company due to a dispute regarding the condition in which the vehicles and helmets were returned. As a guest, the contract was signed exclusively between you and that company; our hotel has no property, no financial involvement, and receives absolutely no commission from their services.
To state that our team "washed their hands" or "did absolutely nothing" is entirely untrue. Our reception staff invested hours making numerous phone calls and sending emails to mediate with the provider on your behalf, and informing you of everything. We have a complete log of these actions. However, as a third part, we cannot legally force a separate company to refund a deposit when they allege property damage.
Regarding your comment about our ranking, we always welcome constructive criticism about our actual services. However, attempting to damage our online reputation across multiple platforms (but not the on the Motorbike Rental Company profiles) over a financial dispute with a third party is completely disproportionate.
We sincerely regret that an issue entirely outside of our control and management ruined your perception of your stay, and we hope you can resolve this matter directly with the rental company involved.

A beautiful place but a disappointing experience
The place is objectively magnificent: neat architecture, splendid pool, beautiful rooms, very aesthetic atmosphere. The breakfast is also excellent. This is what makes the disappointment even more pronounced.
Restoration is clearly the weak point, and even a major problem. By 7.15pm, much of the food is already unavailable. The portions are extremely small, for very high prices, with no real connection to what is served.
Lunch by the pool is particularly shocking: a “salad” for €20, consisting of a tomato and two pieces of cucumber. When we made a remark, the manager came to explain that we had “not understood the concept”, stating that the hotel was not intended for people who eat burger fries. A condescending and inappropriate response, which says a lot about the meaning of service even if the rest of the staff is very kind.
Finally, the establishment seems to cultivate a very “social networks” image, highlighting extremely restrictive food standards (invitation from a very lean influencer), which can be perplexing and do not correspond to the very family clientele.
It’s a shame because the potential is huge. But as it stands, between disappointing catering and problematic customer management, the experience clearly does not keep its promise.
Last remark, the problem of soundproofing rooms. We were woken up in the night by baby cries several times. Maybe it depends on the location of the rooms.
