From the moment I stepped into Nas House Villas, I knew this was far more than just another stay, it was an experience. Each villa feels so personal and private, with your very own crystal-clear pool that makes you feel like you’re in your own luxurious home away from home.
Everything is immaculately maintained, from the spotless villas to the beautifully designed gardens that surround you with calm and greenery. The housekeeping team truly goes above and beyond, always making sure everything is perfectly clean and comfortable. Valerie from security was also such a delight, attentive, kind, and always there to ensure everything ran smoothly throughout the stay.
The pools are sparkling clean, the staff are beyond helpful, and every corner of this place feels infused with care. I also loved the on-site café, where you can enjoy a fresh Karak from Filli without ever having to leave the villa — such a simple yet perfect touch that makes all the difference.
And then there’s MOHAMMED, honestly the true soul of Nas House. His kindness, passion, and dedication made my stay unforgettable. He didn’t just make sure I had what I needed, he made me feel genuinely cared for. He went above and beyond to ensure I could enjoy the villa, the pool, and every amenity without the slightest worry or disruption.
Thanks to Mohammed and the entire team, Nas House felt like a second home, but way better. I promised him I’ll be back, because this place truly deserves to be the NUMBER ONE HOTEL and villa rental in the UAE and in the whole GCC! ✨

Disappointing First Impressions
When we raised the issue, the team offered us an alternative villa—however, that one also wasn’t ready. We had to wait an additional hour and a half before the accommodation was finally prepared.
As a gesture, they offered us a late check-out by one hour, which did little to make up for the inconvenience.
The only positive aspect of our experience was the helpfulness of the security guard, who did his best to assist us during the wait.
Overall, the lack of preparation and cleanliness left a negative impression and certainly did not reflect the standards expected from a property of this type.
