Summer relax!
The holiday was exactly as we expected – a nice and quiet location, not crowded or busy, just pure relaxation, which was exactly what we were looking for. Some people might say it is too quiet, but that depends on everyone's personal preference.
Hotel: We stayed in one of the small buildings around the pools, which was great and had a lovely sea view. The room service was good. We usually left a tip of $1–5.
Pools: Nice, very clean, and well maintained.
Beach: Before travelling, this was our main concern because the beach is quite shallow and not ideal for swimming. If you want to enjoy deeper water (above waist level), you should go to the beach in the morning. In the afternoon, the water level drops. On the other hand, the water is crystal clear and its colour is absolutely magnificent. Water shoes are a must, as on most beaches in Egypt. There were also coral areas with beautiful fish. In the end, we were 100% satisfied with the water level and enjoyed beautiful days on the beach every day.
Restaurant: The variety of food was good for us. It was not as extensive as you might find in resorts in countries such as Turkey, but there was always a good selection of tasty food.
Staff: As in every resort, you may come across a small percentage of staff who are not very welcoming or helpful. However, there were also several people you could always rely on, who made our holiday even better. We would especially like to thank the bar staff, Elhassan and Mohamed "Habibi". They were very friendly, helpful, engaging, and fun. A big thumbs up to both of them!
Summary: We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday with a beautiful beach. The only downside was that we could not avoid getting an upset stomach. Fortunately, Antinal tablets solved the problem very quickly.

Great 2nd visit at True Beach
We had the best time, I was happy to see that many of the team members were still there!
The grounds are still beautiful, plenty space everywhere for everyone, the food was good and well presented, the entertainment and kids actvities were great (thank you Romana and Anicka!).
Our room was very well taken care of by Sami. Thank you also to Alaa, Khatab, Ashraf, Islam from the spa, Magdy rest supervisor, Kamel and all the other guys.
The snorkeling on the reefs 5 min on foot along the beach is still wonderful, we saw lots of nice fishes abd dolphins ( Marsa Nakari).

The worst food we've experienced in Egypt so far
Room & Cleanliness: Rooms are spacious and very nice, room service is excellent and public areas are very nice. Pools are also great but every day quite loud music from 10-19:00 gets uncomfortable, especially when they play every day the same music.
The main issue: Food. Breakfast is of limited choice, but good - the best part of your day here. They bake own bread and pastry's and those were amazing. Lunch and Dinner are pure suffering, they are not able to cook warm dishes at all. The soups are tragic, anything from grill is always undercooked, even undercooked pizza or fries. Seafood & Fish inedible and some people got sick from them. On one day they have discovered they had rosemary, so you had a ton of rosemary in every beef stew / goulash (meanwhile having undercooked meat in it). Generally the main courses are either unidentifiable mush of things, or undercooked low-cost canteen food. They have attempted a few times a special for dinner like roast beef (so hard and dry, like made from 300 years old dead cow); whole roast turkey (a formidable attempt, which even I wouldn't make) - sadly again dry and inedible; Beef Wellington on contrary undercooked and the pasty & meat raw. From a la carte restaurants is the only edible the Oriental. Its really good but extremely overpriced (for Egypt). Overall we were eating mostly plain vegetables, salads with rice and occasionally fries, if they cooked them properly .
Most of our party had stomach problems and the food ruined our vacation.
