Extremely Disappointing Experience — Not Family-Friendly
This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel is extremely overpriced for the quality and service we received.
I have traveled with my family to Turkey , Saudi Arabia , and Dubai , as well as other places, and I have never experienced sheets and towels that looked this dark, dull, and poorly cleaned in a hotel at this price level. The sheets and towels did not look properly washed or fresh. In my opinion, they should be using a proper high-quality laundry process, including appropriate disinfecting/whitening methods, to maintain basic hotel cleanliness.
There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, and the room was not properly cleaned. When you are traveling with small children, cleanliness is extremely important. I came here to relax with my family, not to worry about cleaning the room myself.
The customer service was also extremely disappointing. Some of the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and I did not feel that our concerns were taken seriously.
What made the experience even more frustrating was being charged for towels that were actually my own towels that I had used to clean the kitchen. I could not believe I was being charged for something that belonged to me.
For a hotel charging these prices and presenting itself as a high-end property, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, hospitality, and professionalism.
If you have small children, I would seriously think twice before booking this hotel. If you are coming from the USA or UK , you may be especially disappointed if you are expecting the level of cleanliness and service normally associated with a hotel at this price and rating.
The location near the airport is convenient, but for my family, the cleanliness, unpleasant smell, dirty-looking linens, customer service, and overall value were simply not acceptable. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to families with young children.
