EVA Pharmacy

What we can really highly recommend is the pharmacy; when you leave the complex, walk to the left. They really helped us with every problem; the advice and expertise are better than all the doctors in the area. Regardless of whether it was sunburn or stomach problems, everything they gave us helped immediately. Many, many thanks for everything.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the first night was very frustrating.
When I arrived, the hotel did not have the room I had booked. As a solo traveler, I reserved a standard non-smoking room with a king or queen bed due to asthma, which was very important to me. Instead, I was placed in a family suite far from the lobby. Staff called it an “upgrade,” but it was not— the furniture and TV were very dated, and the room was located near the lounge/club, where smoke and loud music carried into the room.
When I returned to request a change, I was told the hotel was fully booked due to Eid. I explained that I had a paid reservation made in advance to secure my room, so being fully booked did not address the issue. Staff then promised to call me the next day once a room became available.
I arrived late, around 11:30 PM after an international flight, and had no choice but to stay in the room. I was exhausted and did not sleep well due to noise, smoke, and discomfort.
The next morning, I noticed the room was also not properly cleaned, with visible dust and dirt in areas. I never received the promised call and had to return to the lobby, where new staff had no record of my issue. After explaining everything again, I was finally provided with a suitable room that matched my original booking.
While the rest of my stay was enjoyable, the lack of communication, poor handling of my reservation, and unacceptable first-night experience made for a disappointing start.

I’ve rarely written a bad review because I believe most things don’t make that much impact on me. This hotel is different. Building noise, not great food, almost unusable wifi, old tired rooms, dirty in room fridge, air con that’s old and noisy and sounds like it’s about to break. The construction noise can’t be helped but I’d avoid this hotel for the next 6-8 months because the drilling and sawing went on and on and on until 8pm. It was dreadful. Staff were generally helpful and nice but I’d say I was disappointed by the room and it was just very tired and rundown.

Not convenient if you want a relaxing hotel at the beach. Very crowded, no view of the ocean, busy pools. Also the is a lack of staff to cater to the number of guests
