Good cafe

I have never seen place like this before when I saw it over there in giza and the view is masterpiece and decorations and design is very beautiful ❤️ and the whole staff is very polite and generous and also the food and more tourists there because of the place very fantastic and rooms very clean and good services

Lovely spotless hotel with great restaurant with pyramid views

Booked this after walking out of a hotel we had been booked into by Egypt Escapes. This is in central Giza. Only been open a couple of months. Everything new and very clean. Lovely touches like petals on the beds. Waterfall showers.Spotless bedding and towels. Safe in room, tv and fridge. Reception and all staff really helpful and pleasant. Great restaurant at the top with amazing views of the pyramids with inside and outside tables. Food plentiful well prepared and very reasonable, not licensed but thats not unusual in Giza. Would highly recommend especially because other hotels in Giza not so great.

Amazing

Our stay in Giza was truly unforgettable. From the very beginning, we felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of. A very special thank you goes to Tarek and Ahmad, who did everything possible to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made a huge difference.
We would especially like to thank Ahmad for helping us get tickets to a very special concert. Without his support, this experience would not have been possible, and we are extremely grateful for his effort and dedication.
Beyond the excellent service, we also had many wonderful conversations and very positive exchanges during our stay. The Egyptian people are truly warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. We felt this hospitality everywhere we went.
This trip left us with amazing memories, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Terrible!!! Be careful.

After buying a superior room on Booking , on our arrival we were assigned another standard type , noisy ground floor.
We went to point out the thing saying if it was possible to change but very rudely we were told that you could not, as the hotel was full but they would see the next day to change the accommodation . The next day we returned to reception and Tarek and Abdul the people we had spoken to the night before was not there, so we went out and the girl told us that when we returned we would find the suitcases directly in the new room just to compensate for the disturbance. We return at midnight after a day in Cairo we were faced with the same problem , we were told that if we did not pay the difference for another room a little bigger we could also stay there, negotiating we paid 2500 cash about 45 euros more, also took the new room we started to ignore practically, dirty room , wi fi and TV not working , they did not clean the room nor changed the towels and we had to go and ask them, today at check out however they still asked us for money when the booking was made on Booking and obviously reported, and the difference cash!
Be careful that they always try as we other Italians have met in the same situation.
