Fraud. Taking your money and giving nothing but headaches and bad excuses.

I book a single 24-hour stay via booking.com 20.55 approximately. I'm calling down to the site 21.01. He says on the phone they don't accept customers after 8:00. It's weird since booking.com heard me pay. I ask if I can come anyway and he says yes. We agree that I can be there at 22:00 and I'm leaving. I call 21.40 and say I'm a little late and it'll be 22.15. Then the person changes his mind and says it's too late and I can't come anyway.
I'll email him via booking.com if I can get a refund. No answer. I'll call him the next day with no answer.
I call again 3 days later and here he answers. Again, I ask for a refund. Here's his answer:
He blames booking.com Ift until I can pay for a stay through their website despite the fact that he does not accept guests after 20:00.
- Who's gonna run it? It is his business and it is absolutely absurd that he can accept money but waive the responsibility for delivering the product.
He blames the "conditions" and says I should have read them.
- Regardless of the conditions, it may be that I paid for a room through the service his inn uses. I have paid 700 kr for nothing, so fees and everything else can be withdrawn. That's fine. But standing on the phone and saying it is not his fault but the conditions. It's shit to give up all responsibility for a business he runs.
He says there are "few rooms" and because I have booked one room so refrains the other to book that room.
Which makes no sense. Because I'm late and he cancels my booking. The room stands empty, is paid for and yet it cannot be used by others?
Through my conversations with him, I think that he distorts the story and speaks in my mouth when I talk to him. Absolutely zero understanding and honestly he seemed fucking indifferent.

You have heard about “you get what you pay for” but this place was definitely overcharged compare to what we get. In my mind I should have been payed to sleep there…
I can not recommend anyone to stay there.

The entire place was really worn down - and the room was dirty (so dirty we wouldn't put anything on the shelves anywhere).
We moved the two single beds together in the middle of the room, and there were old snack-remains under both beds where they were moved from - disgusting.

The rooms were very filthy and stinky the person who was in charge to give the key was very unfriendly. I would not recommend anyone to stay in that hotel especially the women .
