Centrally located. Safe. Kind staff. Perfect distance from city metro for traveling near and far. Walkable to some sights as well. Lovely spot! We walked almost everywhere from here.

The room was nice. The location is central so be prepared for a bit of noise from the street below. In my opinion it does not live up to the usual Motel One standard, if you have stayed at other locations owned by this chain. A word of caution about using the luggage room. The staff will give you a ticket used to identify and collect your bags with, but will ultimately let you in there on your own. I had left a backpack there on my check out day, returning to find it was no longer in the luggage room. The front desk's (and the manager they called) solution to finding this was to email them to sort it out the following day! If only they used the concierge service they offer themselves and collect the bags for you using your ticket, my bag would not have been taken. This was not a cheap hotel, but I will also not be returning here.

Comfortable and clean

The hotel has different room categories, from the small room to the king-size bedroom, which is very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is small but complete, and the shower is quite spacious. The room does not have air conditioning but has a ceiling fan that is very powerful. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the breakfast, which is complete and made with quality ingredients. The location is another very positive detail to keep in mind because it is central to various main points.

Comfortable and very well located

The MotelOne offers spacious and comfortable rooms. It is very well located right in the center of Copenhagen, close to many points of interest and the subway. Only flaw: the service. Staff not very friendly, flat-screen TV, but no TV channels...

The place is super lovely and convenient. The bathroom though is quite strange. You can see right trough the shower glass and the ”door” is just a piece of wood you can’t close properly. There’s a 5cm gap on the other side.
Other than that the place is cool.
