The hotel is very nice, but what stands out is the great hospitality and customer service.
Both the evening team checking me in and the morning team checking me out was very friendly and helpful.

It's one of the best metropolitan boutique hotels we've ever stayed in. The staff were superb, the room spacious and comfortable and the location is fantastic for walking around Copenhagen. Breakfast is incredible, the lounge perfect for a cocktail and the restaurant provides an amazing dining experience. I will stay there everytime I visit Copenhagen.

This is my second stay at the hotel. On my previous visit the breakfast was buffet style which I liked much better.
The hotel was full so the wait for food was long. Also I didn’t like the star system. Too little food was included.

We liked the hotel very much. Perfect location for walking to main attractions, good breakfast and nice room.

Staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was delicious and included with the room too which is always a bonus.
