Nice place ☀️♥️

Great newly renovated clean rooms, delicious bathrooms, delicious style in restaurant, hallways and living rooms. Tasty food, a little busy with the staff at breakfast, so the filling slowed a bit. But time gives results.
Lovely and friendly staff especially Servant Tommy won our heart ♥️. Cute, friendly, gave himself time for talk and very service memory.
We are 100% back ♥️.

Disappointing stay

Accommodation Nørrevang, Falster We have been to a wedding at Falster for the weekend and needed accommodation for 6 adults. We chose hotel Nørrevang - 1 room plus “Hytten”. We booked from Friday to Sunday. Upon arrival at the “Hytten” we discover that the door to the bathroom cannot close, as the hinges are broken. One from the reception repairs it necessarily, but also the handle and lock are broken, which means that the door to the bathroom cannot be locked. It is not especially nice since we are 4 adults in the house. On the loft there are 3 windows. One window lacks a curtain, the other curtain is broken - and it must be said that they are not dark curtains - but just very thin curtains, where the sun will wake us very early. Again we have to in the reception, where they hand out blankets to us for covering the windows - they know about the problem, which under us has not been taken action on. The stairs to the 1st saloon are very dirty with hair and dirt - and there are large spider spiders several present in the residence, which testifies to lack of cleaning. In the room at the hotel itself, my daughter and her husband will stay. Everything looks neat at once, but there is both toilet paper missing and the bed is filled with dog hair all around the edge. My daughter contacts the reception and tells about the many dog hairs in and on the bed. My son-in-law has allergies and cannot tolerate cat or dog hair. At the reception, they are met with unpretentiousness, but additional cleaning is promised. It just doesn't happen! It is not taken seriously that one of the hotel guests cannot tolerate hair from animals, which means irritation in the eyes and airways and the result is therefore no sleep. Upon check-out we kindly tell the receptionist about our slightly unfortunate experience. We are greeted with a “this is what we regret”. Nothing else. We are happy to pay for hotel experiences that meet ordinary standards, such as cleanliness, curtains, closable doors etc. We experience that we have paid too much for what became the experience at Nørrevang. It had been reasonable that both rooms had been compensated with an amount as compensation for the defect as well as the lack of cleaning. A “I’m sorry” is not enough. It would have made a huge difference for us as guests if we had been greeted with a visible sincerity. Is really sorry about this experience.

Poor service = no service

Waited a short time to get a table. After that there was only wait time. After 10-15 minutes I asked for a card and asked at the same time if there was a long waiting time for the food. No, it was about 20 min. Everything was fine but after another 15 min wait where we repeatedly gently give ourselves to know. No possibility to order. At last I got eye contact, and thought now something is going on, but after another 5 min we got up and walked. And nobody took note of it.

Is not 100% monetary weather.

Lovely located hotel. Great breakfast. And very friendly staff.
That's the best thing there to say about the place.
Bedding is low, almost just a mattress on the floor. No refrigerator in the room, and very noisy. The bathroom is nice and clean, but if you are an adult, you have to back into the toilet, and the shower cabin is so small, you hit yourself.

Beautiful Hotel, but service was not up to scratch.

This hotel is beautifully renovated. We went for lunch two days in a row. A male waiter served us both days. He was great, but we almost left pre lunch as there seemed to be no one there to serve. The food took some time to arrive. The food was delicious and well made, which was why we returned for a third time. However, when we finally found a female waiter, she did not turn up with the menu and we gave up and left without any lunch. We felt that the hotel was not really interested in having lunch guests.
