Excellent self contained accommodation.

This is a great place for up to 4 people. One double bedroom, and another two single beds in an open area. It has a good bathroom with plenty of hot water and good water pressure, a sitting room at the front of the house and a kitchen where you can prepare basic meals. There is also a small private courtyard at the back where you can eat outdoors. The house is spotless, and we were given fresh towels every day. Also it is quiet and not in the tourist strip, but in a street where you will have plenty of contact with locals.
The owners are lovely people and more than happy to help you arrange transport or assist with anything you need.
A big plus for us was having internet access in the house. This is rare in Cuba, and even though you still need to purchase cards to access the internet, it sure beats having to sit in the street at wifi points.
We were so very happy to have a wonderful dinner and breakfast prepared for us by the lovely Mislaidy, one of the family members. She went out of her way to prepare what we requested, which was mainly vegetarian food as we found vegetables lacking in most restaurant meals.
It is an easy walk from the house to either the new town, where there is a Cadeca, and also a shop for phone cards which tyou need to access wifi, and in the other direction is the old town, also only a few minutes walk. It's good to be in Trinidad in the evenings as there is lots happening with plenty of music and bars to visit, however during the day we much preferred the beach. We took a taxi every day to Playa Ancon, a beautiful beach where you can lounge under palm umbrellas and enjoy the Cuban beach atmosphere. Staying in Trinidad and traveling to the beach was a better way to have a beach holiday than actually staying on the beach where there is not a lot to do at night.
We would highly recommend this accommodation to any of our friends, and make sure you book the entire place so you have it all to yourself

A place suitable for a big group

This is an independent hostal. One private bedroom and two beds in open area. The host lives next door, and she answers all the requests from us. Upon checking-in, fresh iced-cold mango juice was served. She helps us book rooms in Havana and Vinales. She arranges the taxi. I especially have the liking for the private backyard space. Nice place to have a chat with friends and enjoy our breakfast there.

Excellent accommodation in a great town

Well equipped, well-located, self-contained & spacious Casa Particular with well-stocked fridge and outside terrace. 5 mins walk to town centre (i.e. casa de la musica). The host Yusimi lives next door and is extremely friendly, a fantastic cook (meals were the highlight of my day) and her husband runs an activity business providing horseback & carriage tours (one of the highlights of my trip was riding a horse up into the hills). Most things you want can be organized. Town has beaches & mountains in proximity. Spent 2 weeks here, after which I felt I had a real appreciation of Trinidadian culture, thanks to Yusimi & her friends and family. Couldn't recommend more, I will be back!!

Fantástico!!

Dos veces he ido a Trinidad y esta sin duda estará marcada por el buen trato de los anfitriones Yusimi y su Esposo.... Una casa Independiente y en muy buenas condiciones... Limpio y acogedor! Era mi cumpleaños y la anfitriona tuvo la generosidad de regalarme una botella de Sidra! Nos consiguió excursiones, Taxis, todo lo que necesitaramos para tener una estancia maravillosa en Trinidad! Sin dudas repetiremos allí y agradecemos el bien trato recibido!! Lo recomiendo 100%

Excelente Trato y Estancia...

Mi segunda vez en Trinidad y debo decir que Yusi y su marido Delvis hicieron de esta estancia La Mejor!!! Muy atentos, serviciales, amables, el motivo del viaje fue celebrar un cumpleaños y Yusi amablemente nos regalo una botella de Sidra...nos ofreció también excursiones, guías...todo un servicio de 5 estrella!!! Volveré sin duda alguna...
