Nice place

I only can recommend the Hostal el Paraiso. Wery friendfull owners. Nice and clean apartment. Perfect view and privacy on the teracce. I had been in some other hostals in Cuba but this is one of the best.

Great Place!!

Loved the space!!... Adequate for stays when in town to visit friends. The apartment is private and quaint. The meals (addt'l cost) consisted of traditional cuban dishes...which were very bountiful....(so much I struggled to finish)....very delicious. Alexis and Oliday were very accommodating and such kind people. I highly recommend and look forward to booking at another time. The patio on top floor was very breathtaking ...and tefreshing to relax in the evening.

Beautiful place and the most wonderful hospitality.

The owners are an amazing family; gracious and warm and filled with hospitality. I would highly recommend staying here. Please note although it called a hostel this is a private apartment. There’s a private rooftop deck that is perfect for a sunset drink!
It’s has easy access to the gorgeous beaches of Cayo Santa Maria by cab (all arranged by the owners) while maintaining the old world charm of Caibarien. There are a lot of great seafood restaurants within walking distance and they are all very affordable.
My partner and I will definitely be back!!

Amazing stay in a wonderful Cuban town!

Alexis and Oliday are amazing hosts. The rooms are comfortable and Alexis and his family are very welcoming and friendly.
This is my third visit to Caibarien and third time staying at Hostal El Paraiso. Easy access to Cayo Santa Maria beaches, and cheap with a shared cab that Alexis arranged. Close to Remedios, and the Christmas Eve festival (not to be missed). Do not pass up on their breakfasts, delicious and a perfect start to the day.
The rooftop patio with amazing views is a great location to relax for non beach days. I would highly recommend staying here if you travel plans bring you to the area.

Excelente estadía en hostal paraiso

Estuve un par de días en caibarien y el hostal paraíso es muy familiar. Alexis y su esposa nos hicieron sentir como en familia. Nos dieron todas las informaciones y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos. La casa es amplia, limpia y se puede tomar desayuno en privacidad cerca de la habitación . Definitivamente consejo el hostal para una estadía en caibarien!!!
