Incredible

My stay at this hotel was incredible! The staff was sooooo sooo nice and provided so much help when we needed! The rooms were beautiful and I had an incredible balcony view :) (especially beautiful on a sunny morning)!! I would definitely recommend bookig this hotel!

Dissapointing

The staff at the hotel is very kind, the girl in the reception even made ua scrambles eggs the first morning when we were late for breakfast. Price was okay. Unfortunatly the positive stops there. There was "a problem" with the room we ordered, so we got another room without a balcony (which i had ordered), and no discounts or compensation. When we first got into the room there were about 20 ants on the floor, eating something. On the 3rd and last night of our stay the toilet wouldn't flush. It's also about 40 minutes of walking distance from the city centre. I would choose a different hotel.

Nice stay

We stayed at the hotel in December together with another couple with a child. Our rooms were adjacent and both were very spacious and nice. If only the rooms were a little bit cleaner, it would have been even perfect. Overall, the hotel surprised me because I knew it is a budget hotel, but despite that, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The location isn’t perfect but you can reach the city centre in 15 minutes if you get the right cab driver 
We will probably be back.

Average visit

The hotel was in an awkward position and took about 40 mins to get into the main city each way by the bus/tram.
The hotel staff were generally really really lovely and keen to make our stay a great one. One of the women was pretty useless and almost made us miss our train by telling us the wrong timings for getting to the station.
Room wasn't cleaned each day and was quite basic. But the air con was beautiful!!!

great value

I have just returned from Croatia where I stayed in the Hotel Vienna in Zagreb. I thought it was good value for money in the budget hotel category but what stood out most for me was the friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and a valued customer. I would happily stay there again.
