Very low cost benefit ..10 min drive to old city.. breakfast doesn’t have fruits very ordinary..

Awful hotel
The rooms are extremely basic and unbearably hot during the summer, with no air conditioning. The bathroom was tiny and had a leak, and the room lacked even the most basic facilities – no kettle or fridge. Out toilet seat had a crack in it - giving you a nice pinch on the rear each time you sat down.
The beds weren’t properly made up with blankets, and we were only given two towels between three guests. The walls were also paper thin - meaning you could hear your neighbours using the facilities, or endless alarm calls which weren’t answered.
Dinner was very disappointing. The dining room was overrun with flies, and the staff seemed far more concerned with a large group occupying half the restaurant than with the rest of the guests.
Breakfast was slightly better, but the milk was warm and the coffee was unbelievably strong.
The only positives are the convenient location, with the centre of Zadar less than a 15-minute drive away, and the on-site parking, although access was partially affected by roadworks.
Thankfully, we only stayed for one night, and we certainly won’t be returning.

The rooms are rather tired, the bathrooms not very practical. When you shower the water goes all over the floor. The worst thing is the air conditioning which can, at best, be described as less effective than a fan. It was 34 degrees outside and no cooling in the bedroom.
The breakfast was average as was the evening buffet.

After hours arrival means no restaurant, no vending machine, no minibar. Can't even get a bottle of water.
