Room stinks of stale tobacco

We were offered a room which stank of stale tobacco - when we asked to change rooms we were told that all rooms were ‘smoking’ - absolutely disgusting smell and no attempt to disguise with air fresheners etc - absolutely horrible, and that’s from a recent ex smoker

Don't stay there

I have the same experience as Ariane R, pls check her review from Nov 2016. I am not demanding guest but the room was too small. We have no place to put our luggage in the room, the bed sheet was too thin you can see through and balcony was very dirty. Bathroom was very small and everything was old included bathroom curtain you don't want to see it... But the most important was that they told us after we arrived that the price is 59 EUR per night. Next day they told us the price is 79 EUR. We tried to complain but they said that was mistake. So we had to pay 79 EUR, no invoice, nothing. They lied to us. Choose another accommodation, these people don't appreciate their guests.

Don't stay there

I booked at this hotel 'cos it was one of the nearest to the Zadar airport.The reception is the bar of the restaurant that looks more like a nightclub than a hotel.
The bedroom: if the bed was as on the picture, there was 20cm space from right side of the bed to the wall and 50cm space from the left side to the window.
Mattress was excellent but no protection sheet and a so thin bed sheet that you could see through... not very hygienic.
WIFI is so so...
Bathroom was terrible. I took pictures. Pls check. Very small, nowhere to hang your towels, the base of the shower curtain was orange: full of bacterias. Electric sockets dirty ....
It was breakfast included but as I was leaving at 5 am, the restaurant was not opened, they gave me a plastic bag containing 2 heavy slices of sponge bread with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese together with a bottle of orange juice. No fruit, no cake, no nothing.... our migrants are better fed although they don't pay anything :(
No invoice, you must be happy with the visa receipt.
To avoid if not to ban.
