Very clean appartment. Easy to contact the owners if something is needed. They anwser really fast.

+ The apartment was very clean and had everything you would require. The mattresses could have been more comfortable, but it was decent.
Negatives:
- The apartment was listed with air-conditioning, But it turns out the airconditioning was only present in living room. This is definitely misleading, extremely unhappy that Hotels.com were uncooperative. All of us were cooped in the living room.
- Communication with the host was terrible, Out of hours support was non-existent, they never picked up the phone, the messages were responded to days later.
- the apartment location on the main road, traffic wasn’t an issue, the entrance was dingy.
- Crickets - if opened the windows (we had to because there was no airconditioning or fans), the sound was deafening.
Overall not a pleasant stay!!!

This apartment has been decorated and furnished in a nice modern aesthetic that feels nice inside. It's very well equipped for cooking and family needs. The host communications were brilliant and friendly. We found lots of places for coffee and takeaway food nearby. It's a simple walk to the historic old town and easy drive out to other towns/attractions.
Our first impression, arriving in the dark and dreaming of the old-town charm, wasn't quite as positive as this area is a bit of a concrete Jungle with lots of graffiti. Once we'd adjusted to this, we warmed to the area! We felt safe and there was a nice mix of people bustling about.
