Fab Visit
Fantastic views from the 4th floor in the Apartment with Balcony and Sea View. Windy on the balcony during our stay, but a large window from living area gives the same view, so great to sit inside looking out. Double sofa bed in living room.
Apartment could do with the sofa being setup better for the massive TV and an oven would have been helpful.
No lift and the 8 flights of stairs could be a challenge.
Excellent location and supermarket directly underneath with freshly baked bread and a self serve coffee machine.
Fridge had freezer compartment that was useful.
Apartment was clean and host was very helpful.
Aircon in living room and bedroom.

Best Location in Split to stay - right in the centre (with some issues...)
We were 5 families, we had made a bulk booking for these apartments.
The split of the apartments were:
BUILDING 1
1) 2-bed, 2-bath apartment on the 5th floor (Sea View)
2) 1-bed apartment apartment on the 4th floor
3) 2-bed, 1-bath apartment on the 3rd floor
BUILDING 2
1) 1-bed apartment on the first floor (with sofa bed for additional people) - No SEA View
2) 1-bed apartment on the 2nd floor (with sofa bed for additional people) - SEA View - 2 balconies
Please note there is NO LIFTS in any of the buildings.
Also Building 1 and Building 2 are at a 3-minute walking distance away.
We had reached Split late at night, collection of keys was only available till 10pm, we had to rush to get the keys.
It was a major pain to get the heavy luggage to the rooms, esp the ones on 4th and 5th floor - suitcases, kids prams etc.
Parking in the old Split Town is always a pain.
Expensive paid parking is available at 4 EUR per hour on the marina front, however if you are lucky, you can park in the Blue Bays on the street and pay for it (cheaper) - they bays are quite busy and one usually finds a spot late at night.
Considering the issues above, the best side to the stay are:
1) All apartments are absolutely amazing, recently refurbished. So they smell and look BRAND NEW.
2) Location is right in the town centre of Split - so easy access to supermarkets, walk in the Old town bars and restaurants is super easy. We got our private boats for Hvar Island and nearby right across the apartments from the Marina Bay.
3) Toiletries, bed lines, towels etc in the room are great. Would be better if a cleaner could clean the room for people who are staying for over 2-3 days.
4) All usual stuff in the kitchen is also available.
5) Good Wi-Fi.
Its all about the premium location of these apartments, I have explained all the pros and cons above.

Fantastic!!
Zoran smashed it for us, we had a great time and the rooms were perfect, great location too. Really recommend these apartments and will be using again. We were a group of friends travelling. He even assisted with the transfers which was a huge help. If you want well priced apartments, great quality in the best location then look no further.

Perfect location!
We visited last week (last week of May). The communication with our host Zoran prior to arrival was great. He arranged transport for us from the airport to the apartment. Upon arrival he was already waiting for us. He was very friendly and gave us a great explanation of the building and the apartment. He also gave us suggestions of places to visit and things to do. From the outside of the building (also the inside staircase) we weren't really sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in the apartment! It was very new, modern and clean. We had a two bedroom apartment for 3 persons. The location turned out to be better than what we could have imagined. In the center within walking distance of everything. There is a mini market and drugstore a few doors down, the bus and taxi stops right at the square and our tour meeting spots were around the corner. Restaurants and pubs are all around, just a perfect location. Absolutely satisfied!

What a view!
This hotel is the definition of don’t judge a book by its cover, upon arriving at the apartment building we were greeted by our host (who waited for us to arrive even with a 90 min flight delay) he was incredibly welcoming and kind. From the exterior the apartment we were booked into, which had the most amazing view over the split harbour and square, was within a traditional Split building that you would barely notice walking past. However the interior of our apartment was incredible. The rooms had clearly had a very recent refit and were of the highest standards, both me and my friends were shocked about the value we were getting, especially with the location and the facility itself.
As with most apartment buildings there are some residents that live in the block, but they were all incredibly friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. We were given a full tour of the building by our host and provided with his personal number to contact him at any point. He was always on hand to help us with anything we needed, and gave us some incredible recommendations for food and some areas of the city that he classed as “hidden gems”. The food and the city itself is stunning but the trip was made even better by the hospitality and amazing apartment we received!
Both me and my friends will be booking Graso rooms and apartments on our next trip to Split
