Nice clean hotel.

A very nice, clean hotel, with kind staff. The outside pool was closed, but the inside pool was open, and not crouded.A good location, quiet atmoshpere. Very much value for our money.
Room was nice and spacious.
I recomend!!

Perfect relaxation in our favorite hotel in Istria

We spent a wonderful holiday in this modern, well-equipped and very clean hotel for the second time. It has a well-kept outdoor pool with sun terrace and - for bad weather days - also a heated pool as well as sauna, relaxation room and gym inside.
The atmosphere is unbeatably warm and familiar.
Our next stay is already planned.

Beware of this hotel and don't book with your credit card

Beware This hotel is NOT what it seems to be. We made a Reservation and on arrival the hotel appears to be situated in a large construction pit. The hotel is not finished and completely empty and not equipped to receive guests as a hotel should be. All beautiful photos and stories including reviews are stylized to give a different impression but on arrival you are startled.
And if you do not want to convert your Reservation into a booking, they will immediately charge your credit card a full amount for 14 days stay despite the fact that according to the condition you only have to pay the fee for 1 night.
The hotel is run by dodgy people who are only after your money, so beware it has cost us a lot of money!

SCAM HOTEL (shameful !)

SCAM!!! This hotel is not what it looks like on pictures published by the structure! Nothing is working and it's in the middle of a construction site! The rooms are clean but that is as good as it gets! The breakfast is shameful just as the the outside pool area, its not even completed! As soon as we told the owner that we wanted to check out as soon as possible she turned very rude and charged as the full fare for the only night we stayed there.
Don't stay there if you don't want to ruin your holidays!

se volevate lasciare l'hotel potevate farlo anche subito al momento del vostro arrivo evitando di pagare una notte in hotel
sottolineo anche che non avete avuto il coraggio di dirci di persona cosa non vi soddisfaceva ,. la colazione la avete fatta di fretta e furia perche dovevate raggiungere Rovigno per la gita in barca Cosi avete comunicato ho capito ora perche sono stata maleducata perche vi ho fatto pagare il vostro pernottamento ,probabilmente siete dei furbetti che vogliono fare le vacanze gratis cambiando ogni giorno hotel
siete solo capaci a nascondervi dietro alle recensioni dei siti internet

Very new hotel spacious and with many amenities

The hotel is in a very quiet area and you can see they just built it. It's all very new. The rooms are very large, just like the bathroom.
It has an indoor and an outdoor pool and the breakfast service is very complete.
It also has free parking at the door of the hotel, which is very comfortable if you are driving.
The only one but they're building something on the next lot and, until they're done, it can be a little annoying.
