Beautiful staying in Narona hotel

In the warm family hotel Narona, we were greeted by extremely friendly staff and a warm, friendly atmosphere. The helpfulness and kindness of the family that runs the hotel deserved every praise.
Not only is the cleanliness and equipment of the rooms excellent, but the staff was at our service and we could always ask for and get everything we needed. Homemade traditional cuisine with great taste.
And just to illustrate, in the accident that happened to us, everyone was immediately at our disposal, bringing ice, bandages, plasters, but also a warm human word of support and comfort.

A large selection of prepared food for lunch

I did not sleep in this hotel, but in another one with the same owner.
But since they only have rooms with breakfast in the other one, we had lunch and dinner in this hotel - a la carte.
They have a very large selection of food, especially for lunch when they prepare several types of lunches.
The hotel is in an excellent location.

Poor experience...

I was a member of the group who had a reservation in this hotel for whole group. After we arrived to Metkovič staff members on the reception told us that there is not enough room for us. They transfered some of our members to another hotels which are owned by the same owner as this hotel. Hotel owner behaved like this is normal situation and didnt say a word to apologize to any of us. Staff looked ashamed but this overbooking is not acceptable at all, and is very unprofessional. For this money you can sleep in much better looking and better organized hotels in Međugorje (20 minutes frome here).
