The Real Costa Rica

Great! Only accessible by boat which meets you at the rather grandly named 'Goshen Port' which is actually just a landing stage in the middle of nowhere. You meet your guide (in our case Camino, who was excellent) and have a 10 min drive across the water to the lodges. The lodges are spacious and clean , perfectly suiting the jungle environment. All staff are friendly and helpful, the food is good and plentiful but the experience as a whole is as near to full immersion in the jungle as you could possibly wish. The boat trips and wanders in to the jungle and along the deserted ocean beach are stunning. A fabulous experience.

Superb!

Our stay was perfect. Thank you again to the entire lodge team and the guide. We had a great time, just the two of us, discovering and relaxing.

Just magical. Thank you to all the staff for the excellent service

Wow, what a magical place! ✨ Completely cut off from the world, nestled in the heart of the jungle, this place is a real lost paradise. No more noise, no more stress, just birds singing, murmuring leaves and lush nature as far as the eye can see. We really feel out of time, reconnected to the essentials. The cabins are charming, the air is clean, and the feeling of serenity is absolute. If you’re looking to really, really escape, this is where it happens. One of the best memories of my life, I will return without hesitation! ❤️

Visit a hamlet in the jungle, boat tour on the river at the end of the world.
Quiet and preserved place!!

Great two days spent at the lodge - nature up close!

We were traveling in a group of eight people - the lodge is only accessible by water!
We were picked up on time and arrived at lunch in this idyllic setting!
The accommodations are simple - very close to nature - you should not be afraid of small animals.
Accommodation clean - there is electricity via solar and wifi only in reception!
Food simple and very good - salad,vegetables!
Views gigantic - “watching” water is a major occupation!
The excursions with the in-house guide were entertaining and educational!
