Amazing!
Regarding the guesthouse itself: the host is really nice and welcoming, and the place is clean. The rooms are comfy and big enough to open your suitcases and still have space to walk, the beds are solid, comfortables and don't creak at all. You also have a little shelf with a mirror and face towels that's SO practical! About the toilet and showers: there are one toilet, two sinks and three private showers for one floor, and they're really spacious. You're given slippers to go in the bathroom (no shoes inside, you gotta leave them in a locker in the hall corridor). An awesome experience is that the host's mother cooks traditional korean breakfast every morning from 8am to 9:30am — really worth it, although there are only six chairs at the kitchen's table. Very good security as well, quiet place because all tenants apply to the rules. Free and good Wi-Fi, one for each floor, air conditioning in each room that you can manage yourself... Only a few points to keep in mind: the house's entrance is located in the same building than a fish shop but the smell doesn't go up so it's fine, and there is no elevator when the rooms are on fourth and fifth floor. There are blinds in the room but they don't make it completely dark when morning comes.
It's very well located in Sinchon which is a really lively area once evening comes, with lots of restaurants and shops, though you need to use a GPS to find it at first - tip: download the app "Naver Map" for your trip in Korea, because Google Maps really is lost here. But as soon as you find it once, you'll see it's pretty easy to remember the way. For the closest subway station, it's Sinchon Station for line 2 (the most used, brings you to lots of places and allows lots of transfers for lots of lines) and it takes barely 5 minutes by walk!
Staying at this guesthouse really was a good point in our trip, we have nothing negative to say about it. Price-quality ratio is perfect and the host is always easy to join through Kakao Talk app.
