The dreamiest stay!

My mother and I stayed in Signiel Busan in May for two nights and we had the most magical experience from start to finish! In fact, it was one of the biggest highlights of our 10-day trip travelling around Korea.
The room was beautiful, luxurious and comfortable with the most stunning view of Haeundae beach. We were greeted by the loveliest staff at Concierge and I specifically want to thank Ye na (Bella) for the warmest welcome with a Signiel tea and snack and the upmost level of professionalism. Signiel had the most glorious breakfast (with a coffee bar and the freshest ingredients!) and dinner, both of which had a wide variety of cuisines and dishes. We also visited the lounge for afternoon complementary drinks and snacks in with stunning view in a peaceful space. The staff at Signiel are at an exceptional level of customer service with high calibre care to the guests. My mother and I will remember our stay here for the rest of our lives and I cannot wait to return in the future! Thank you for a truly unforgettable experience.

The best stay ever!

Signiel Busan was such a wonderful, relaxing stay. It is close to tourist attractions and steps away from the beach. The staff are so helpful and truly make the experience even greater. Pool use is included with the stay. The gym is super nice and spacious. You get access to the lounge which features refreshments and snacks every day. Champaign is included from 17:00 I believe.
I want to say a special thanks to Sophia who helped us with our luggage to our room and gave us a tour of the room facilities. Also special thanks to Ellie Lee for going above and beyond during check in and helping us with a minor inconvenience. She noticed that I was here for a baby moon and made sure I had everything I needed. Would totally recommend staying here on your trip to Busan. We can’t wait to be back!!
Also the buffets are wonderful. The lunch buffet included sashimi, dimsum, and even crab legs. So delicious.

Prime luxurious Busan resort but quite expensive

This was our first trip to Busan and we wanted to stay beachfront either at Haeundae or Gwangalli. Ideally a 5 star - so that limited it to Westin Josun, Grand Josun, and Signiel. We have 2 elementary aged kids, so grand Josun was a bit too adult fancy and four seasons feel. Westin was cheapest and lounge meals are included if you get a suite, but it’s kind of small and older. Signiel was biggest and fanciest, but more expensive of course. No rooms are 4 occupancy, so we had to get 2 connecting corner rooms for about $800 total per night. Having 2 baths was nice and then we could get views from 2 sides of the building.
The location and amenities of Signiel are the best: very good high end dining, downstairs is a new mall that is about half open, not prime shopping but medical clinics, restaurants, etc. there is onsite $30/adult Club D oasis jijimbang sauna/spa and water park - but it’s quite busy. 10 min walk from your room to beach. 10 min taxi to emart, metro, etc. maybe 30-40 min taxi to train station. The hotel is floors 3-19 so you don’t get the top view but that’s ok.
The rooms give you free Evian daily but a paid mini fridge. Plenty of electrical ports and modern controls. Very comfy beds and blackout curtains. No noise from the hallway. You get your choice of pillow types. Lounge has drinks throughout the day and cookies. Very good bath products and water pressure.
They have indoor and outdoor pools but you are only allowed to go once per day, which is a bit weird to me - it wasn’t crowded. You get free lukewarm jacuzzi but you need to pay to use sauna.
We heard the View seafood buffet was famous so we had to try, but it was 175k won for adults and 70k kids. I think some other days it’s cheaper with less fancy dishes. But they had quality crab, lobster, sushi, meats, shellfish, Chinese, etc. - there are a lot of youtube videos about it.
The staff were good but not as attentive as the 5 star places in Seoul. We would return though, it was not perfect but it was very very good. Thank you Signiel!

Good hotel to go to in summer

The location could not be better next to the beach. Although it is close to a shopping center, it is not an impediment to get to it. Good service from the staff, even taking into account the Clefs d'Or. The rooms are spacious for the average and the view of the beach could not be better. A point of improvement are the pillows they have (a little outdated and bad to bring). The rest nothing to say.

Family vacation

Every summer, my family and I take a vacation in Busan, and this was our first time staying at SIGNIEL Busan. From A to Z, everything was absolutely perfect, and we received nothing short of the highest level of service throughout our stay.
If you’re planning a trip to Busan, I highly recommend SIGNIEL. It truly offers an exceptional experience and is definitely a place worth staying at!
