Disappointing Service and Lack of Goodwill on Departure Day
I stayed at this hotel for three nights, paying a total of €500. Since my train to Seoul was not departing until four hours I politely asked at reception if I could spend the remaining time by the pool/bar, offering to pay for it.
Because I no longer had an active room booking, my request was immediately denied. Even after checking with a second receptionist, the answer remained a firm no. When I asked if I was expected to just sit in the lobby for four hours, they simply agreed and suggested I could just go somewhere else.
From a hotel in this price range, I expect a minimum level of hospitality, flexibility, and customer-oriented service for paying guests. The staff's attitude was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. I would not recommend staying here.
Last but not least I remember my check in to be very unwelcoming but I oversaw this until now. Apart from a „hello“ with no facial expression there was no „welcome to our hotel“ or „welcome to Korea“ or „have a great stay“.
I just was asked to pay the invoice (500 euros) and that’s it.

Please accept my sincere apologies for failing to meet your expectations during what should have been a seamless and pleasant experience.
Upon reading your review, I personally reviewed the situation with our front desk team to understand what transpired on the day of your departure.
I would like to respectfully share that our swimming pool facility does not feature dedicated lockers or shower rooms. Because of these facility limits, changing and showering post-checkout would cause severe inconvenience for guests. To maintain standard service quality and comfort, pool access is strictly limited to currently checked-in guests.
When you kindly inquired about using the pool, our team was concerned that you would face considerable discomfort after paying for the access—particularly regarding the lack of proper shower facilities. Out of concern for your convenience, they attempted to suggest alternative options such as our Business Center, the in-house coffee shop, or nearby sightseeing recommendations.
However, we fully realize that our staff failed to convey this with the empathy, clarity, and warm standard of hospitality you rightfully expected from a hotel in our tier. Regardless of our team's well-meaning intentions, the lack of thorough explanation and a cold communication approach left you feeling unwelcome and dismissed. For this, as well as your impression of our check-in process, I offer my deepest apologies on behalf of the entire management.
Please rest assured that we take your feedback very seriously. We are immediately conducting service standard retraining for our front desk staff, focusing on empathetic guest interaction and flexible communication skills.
While we fell short of providing you with a positive memory this time, we hope you might grant us another opportunity in the future to show you the true warmth and high-standard hospitality we strive to deliver.

Clean hotel near Busan Station
The rooms are pleasant and clean. It was nice to look down at Busan Station Square.
The front staff was also friendly.

Exceptional Service, Perfect Location, and an Amazing Stay in Busan
I initially had an issue with my booking through Agoda, and while the concern was not resolved through Agoda, the hotel's reservation team personally stepped in and helped fix the situation. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was arranged properly and that I could have a smooth and stress-free stay. Their professionalism and willingness to help truly made a big impression on me.
The hotel itself is exceptional. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities are also impressive, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels modern and welcoming.
The location is absolutely perfect—it's directly across from Busan Station, making it extremely convenient for travelers arriving by KTX or exploring different parts of Busan. The accessibility alone is already a major advantage.
Among all the hotels I stayed at during my Korea trip, this one truly stood out. From the amazing service to the unbeatable location and excellent cleanliness, this hotel exceeded my expectations.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Busan.
