Wonderful experience!

We are in our 60s and loved this hotel. Everything was excellent. Our room was lovely and clean with all the usual amenities - with fabulous views. The standout was the breakfast. Such a wonderful variety of options all beautifully presented. You know the standard will be high when the executive chef is visible and working with his chefs. We made a point of thanking him and congratulating him on the quality, presentation, and variety of food. Another stand out was the greeting we received on our first day at breakfast from Jung YeEun, the lovely lady who showed us to our table and told us the process. We looked forward to seeing her every morning - always working with a smile and making people feel welcome, which in such a large hotel doesn't always happen. Such a star performer!
We loved the thermal pools as well - so clean and such an inviting space, really well designed. And the cake shop on site was to die for!
We were here just before the BTS concert and you could feel the excitement in the air, but it never detracted from our stay, we just enjoyed the vibe.
Well done Palace Hotel - you should be proud of your accomplishments!

Ordinary Stay That Lacked 5-Star Quality

An average stay experience.
I was hoping for an unforgettable stay from this 5-star hotel, but what I got was ordinary and left no lasting impression.
The room had a nice view, but the furniture felt old. The in-room and bathroom amenities were only basic.
During check-in, there was a moth on the wall inside the room. Staff came twice, then vacuumed it and simply said “sorry” and “thank you.”
Facilities that are usually freely accessible in other hotels were limited here — they had quotas and could only be used once per night. The swimming pool was also nothing special.
Aside from the comfortable bed, beautiful view, and strategic location, there was no added value from this hotel.
It was our wedding anniversary — we didn’t expect much, but we also didn’t expect it to be so underwhelming.

Directly on the beach

We stayed 8 nights at Paradise Hotel in Haeundae Beach and it was beautiful with a perfect location directly on the beach. We had an oceanfront room with a nice balcony and it's definitely worth the extra. From the moment you arrive, you know it's a classy property, it's also very clean and with a very welcoming staff. The outside pool on the 4th floor is very nice.
The room was not luxurious but large, with the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. The only discomfort we had was the air conditioning was not strong enough, so we had to open the patio door at night to have a good sleep. That's why they lost a star. We can't comment on the breakfast, we didn't eat there as it was too expensive for us. I recommend going to "And Coffee" instead, a less than 5 minute walk from the hotel. Overall a very nice stay!

Look no further for accommodation in Busan... it’s at the Paradise Hotel.

The location right in front of the sea is exceptional,
The hotel is very chic with different restaurants (including the steakhouse recognized by the Michelin guide).
The spacious rooms and exceptional bedding. We were accommodated in the main building, a corner room with a sea view and two balconies.
Many families with children, including very young ones. There are KIDS spaces for the children.
You must choose the spa access option to access the garden of hot springs, which is a must-see.
The location is perfect, with bars and restaurants right next door; having breakfast outside is very easy facing the sea. The building X the Sky is very close - possible discount to go up to 384 m with your paradise room card (13€/person).
In short,
We recommend this hotel 100%.
