The most affordable, cheap and clean hotel in Incheon is 3 to 4 times more expensive.

Terrible experience

The security at the hotel is terrible. I explicitly requested no room cleaning but when I returned to my room at night, I found they had entered my room. They put a reminder poster on the door and what really caught my eyes was this line: “Things may be lost occasionally. If you have any valuable items, please keep them in the front desk.” How ridiculous ! They can’t even guarantee our safety while we are staying here!
On top of that, the breakfast has terrible quality and incredibly limited choices. (They don’t even have a coffee machine! )
Worse still, the hotel centrally controls the air conditioning to save on electricity costs, so it’s completely useless to use the in-room control panel.
What a terrible experience!

Dirty and rude

I have been to this hotel 2 times, the first time was good. The second a disaster. Everything was very dirty, the door was full of garbage, the hall was very dirty and the carpet in the room was scary.
The first time I went I arrived at 12:50 and they made me wait in a very rude manner until 1:00 p.m. In the second, I had 2 reservations in a row because I couldn't make them separate. So I had from the 21st to the 22nd and from the 22nd to the 23rd. They made us check out at 12 and check in at 13.
The employees except one guy were very unfriendly. Of course they don't speak English, they don't even look at you, they throw the key at you from afar. There was no one at check out.
The pool and restaurant are abandoned. Not recommended.

I really had a great time and cozy stay.
A view of Incheon from 15th floor was so great and relaxing. It was rainy season and the floor was never slippery at all.
I was clean and good place for me.
The pool was under construction... so sadly I can't use the top floor...
Hope they update that in detail before I book.
So I didn't brought my swimsuit😂
The wifi was so good!
Would definitely stay here again when I visit Korea☺️

Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, & easy to find. Excellent location beside the metro and there are many restaurants close by.
