Súper Easy to check in, we arrived earlier than check in time and no questions asked, the ladies at the front desk just checked us in, the hotel is clean and right on the beach.

Don’t stay at this hotel. They baited and switched the hotel room to an oceanfront room, which usually should be lovely; however in this case it was horrific. Hundreds of people are outside with many boom boxes playing music loudly. The music played until 4am. The shower was broken and the air conditioning didn’t work. They told us they couldn’t move us and would not refund my money. We called around the island and there was no availability. The next day, my husband begged them to move us and they did. The second room was a small cement style room and very dirty. The plumbing was not working and the room smelled of sewer. We begged for another switch but were told no. At least the air conditioning worked in this room. I brought my entire family to this hell hole and want to warn you never to go here. The staff at the pool were stealing alcohol and playing music loudly. They cleaned the garbage bins by dumping them next to the pool. It was dirty and disgusting.

Disappointing Stay with Basic Issues Unresolved

I rarely leave a review while I’m still staying somewhere, but I felt this needed to be said. I just checked in earlier today, and the experience has already been disappointing.
The room is very outdated, which I can deal with, but the bigger issue is the shower. The water is absolutely freezing cold, making it basically unusable. When I first brought this to the front desk, I was told that because I’m in a “standard room,” I don’t have the ability to regulate the water temperature. That alone was surprising and honestly unacceptable.
I went back two more times to try to resolve the issue. By the third time, they finally offered to move me to a different room, but of course at that point, they were suddenly fully booked and unable to accommodate the change.
To make matters worse, I also asked for an additional towel and was told I would have to wait until the next day. At a hotel, something as simple as a towel shouldn’t even be a question.
At this point, I’m left in a room where I can’t even take a warm shower, and the way the situation was handled made it even more frustrating. These are very basic expectations at any hotel, regardless of room type.
Very disappointing so far.

Attention to detail NO minor

The location of the hotel is good if you like to walk through its center and you like parties on the coast 24/7.
The rooms are noisy, lack maintenance and many of them do not have hot water
Breakfast is very good and the people who serve it are very friendly.
The hotel building lacks maintenance.

Chaotic Hosting

Dirty, decadent hotel. My room had a gout. They don't give a face towel. The old and dirty bathing. Breakfast is awful and they do not allow the guest to serve. It's them who put the portions in our plate. I ordered a portion of fries that cost 33 thousand pesos and there came 11 small potatoes, without salt and full of paprika! A chaos!
