Excelent hotel

We spent two nights there, and we have to say that was a very pleasant experience. Mainly the room was in perfect conditions and the hotel service was pretty good.
The only suggestion is that the hotel should have a restaurant opens for the nights, because there are few choices in the city at that hours.

Agradecemos sus comentarios, nos motiva a buscar la excelencia: Referente al restaurante; aunque propiamente no preparamos cenas, si hay una variedad de cartas de restaurantes para efectuar un pedido, cuando el domicilio llega; se lo subimos a sus habitaciones sin costo alguno, NO COBRAMOS EL ROOM SERVICE. Gracias.

The disrespectful treatment of the people who work there who try to charge you more always for the few services they offer, we foreigners are not fools, I will never go to that hotel, with all the offer of neiva, choose any other, what a lie.

Seen better days

This hotel was probably quite nice in the 1970s but it has fallen significantly. Problems included:
* When we called in advance, they assured us they had hot water. They did not.
* The rooms are supposedly equipped with lock boxes for valuables. The first one did not work. They brought another, and the key broke in the lock when I tried to open it. They said they would bring another but it never showed up so we were left without a lock box.
* The included breakfast was weak. Unripe watermelon followed by adequate scrambled eggs.
* The location is good and bad. It's in the city center, but the center is somewhat decrepit with homeless people sleeping in the park.
* Four remotes are required to operate the television. An employee explained how to use each. In the end, the television signal kept fading in and out and we gave up.
On the plus side, the air conditioning was very strong.

Modern

This hotel is in the city centre next to all the banks and shops, parking is an issue as you have to park around the corner the breakfast is good and if you ask before 9 they will bring it to your room. The rooms are spacious and modern can be a bit noisy if you are on a the street side they gave a mezzanine with computers and wifi. The toilets and showers are quite ample and nice. For the price it's a good choice will come back also the staff is quite good overall it's great choice

Nice Interior but definitely NOT Soundproof, Sketchy Area

Nice Interior but definitely NOT Soundproof, Sketchy Area directly next too casinos and riff raff. Nice staff and clean room, but get one on the non-street side if you like more peace in your rest. Decent price but doesn't have it's own parking or late night restaurant.

Muy amable por sus comentarios. Nuestras ventanas tienen vidrios laminados templados de seguridad y anti-ruido, lógicamente que se perciben algunos sonidos fuertes como pitos de los vehículos o similares, pero solo en un 20 por ciento, intensidad que no es fastidiosa ni dañina, pero la mayoría de sonidos son inaudibles. Nuestra ubicacion es en pleno centro de la ciudad y nuestro nicho es corporativo, somos un hotel Bed & Breackfast. Gracias.
