Great for the area
The hotel is downtown which is full of very average to creepy hotels this one deffinetly stands out. You won't find any luxury accommodations but it is absolutely above average for the area. The rooms are great, breakfast comes with your stay. The staff is always very accommodating and willing to help out with whatever you need. Absolutely recommended.

Disaster
A real disaster, avoid it like the plague.
You will find yourself sleeping in real shops of a shopping center evidently never opened or failed, with walled windows, cold floors and very dirty.
In addition, the phone rings incessantly all night and the soundproofing is practically non-existent (you will feel anyone coming through the door).
All this despite the fact that we have chosen the most beautiful room available (deluxe)
Last but not least, in the private parking they scratched a side of the car by moving it and they didn't want to take the blame: we will certainly go through legal action. In short, a disaster both as a hotel and as a customer management.

Terrible Hotel, if they've even got a room for you.
We arrived as a group of 10 ladies who had booked 6 rooms between us on one booking. We received the keys for 5 but they struggled to find a 6th.
While one member of staff tried half-heartedly to find a sixth, another refused to take an international credit or debit card (Mastercard) for payment. Our trip organiser was taken to a bank to withdraw cash, but the bank would not give out enough for the bill. The hotel suggested an international bank transfer but our UK bank wouldn't accept international account number formats.
While this was going on, the hotel still couldn't find a 6th room. The occupants of one of the other 5 asked to be moved because the shower tap had fallen off in their hand. Other occupants were complaining about various things not working and multiple doors refused to lock from the inside.
A room was found for the 6th booking but the porter was unable to open the door at all.
The group began looking for an alternative hotel, at which point the person on reception decided they could perhaps accept an international credit card after all. They still couldn't provide a sixth room so we left. Booking.com supported our decision despite the hotel attempting to charge us as a "no show".
The attitude of the staff was appalling. They gave up looking to fulfill the booking and sat doing nothing behind reception. This is a hotel in such a poor state of repair, I suspect the staff have just given up trying to provide a service.

Located in shopping street of Neiva
Is a decent hotel located in the center of Neiva right on the shopping street, so it can get busy. The hotel entrance is between the shopping mall it sounds strange but it is so. A girl helping us during check- in and she only speak Spanish.
We had our room on the 4th floor, the room is very spacious with two double bed. Closet with hangers, desk, television and most of all free wifi in room
Bathroom is disaster so cramped and no hot water, the shower has no sprinkler.
Breakfast served on the last floor, the seating is open air room. Simple breakfast: eggs, bread with fresh fruit and coffee. For the price of 90.000 peso this hotel is not worth

Buen Hotel, muy central
Es muy buen hotel, las habitaciones son amplias, aseado y cumple con todos los protocolos de bioseguridad exigidos, tiene WIFI y parqueadero gratis, el desayuno va incluido en la tarifa, es muy central de fácil acceso. El sector de noche no es tan agradable y se siente inseguro, el personal de la recepción está atento a la llegada y salida.
