Lack of communication - customer service non existent - arrogant management
breakfast (see photos) water and diluted granules of coffee, there you have it.
next day, room change, with no windows and full of mosquitoes
no lunch, no dinner no food, just water in the hotel
The manger (MR) Jose had no knowledge of English and with the help of a translator ends up blaming his staff.
the hotel was empty during our stay, maybe 2 customers shared the hotel for one of the nights.

Clean bedroom and private bathroom with newly fitted bathroom and very fancy shower unit (electric shower with massage parts, rain section and radio etc) howeverthere is no hot water here and the water was particularly cold so not all that pleasant! The bed was a fairly small double but comfortable enough for one night. The main issue was that it is on a fairly busy road and the windows/blinds did not block out the light in the morning and there was an outside light that was on throughout the night which meant the room was very bright to sleep in.
Overall the hotel was fine for an overnight stay and the staff were very good but I don't think I would return.
