An angel runs this hostel!

I was visiting this hostel with my family in january, this year. Unfortunately i had burned myself on a motorcycle earlier that week and the wound got infected. I asked the very nice and good english speaking girl from the reception if there was a pharmacy nearby, but she said that her mother was a doctor so she could help me.
And wow, her mother was an angel and a superwoman at the same time. She knew exactly what to do with the wound and she kept helping me in the following days i was staying at the hostel. Just to make sure i was okay and that the wound was healing well. She did this all by only using natural products, never seen it before but it was amazing ! I Also want to thank her translated our conversations in spanish to his mother.
We wanted to give something in return because the wound was looking incredibly good and we were leaving. But the family wouldn't accept our money, they just did it out of love. And i never expected that there were people left on this planet who were so nice and so caring and don't want anything in return.
i want to thank the whole family for the caring and these lovely days and all the caring! If you are looking for a very nice place to stay, with good music, incredible friendly staff and beautiful rooms, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE !

A bit sour experience for such a cozy place

I have been to this place twice and since the first experience was spectacular I looked for it again this time on my trip although as always the location and comfort of the room was spectacular, there were 2 situations that really bothered me a lot the first is We fell asleep and went to look for breakfast 5 minutes after the hour and they did not want to give us breakfast because we arrived late and in addition we were going to the beach in the morning to leave the room at 1 and they told us that we had to take the car out because they needed the parking lot for a group that was arriving, so we got upset and left the accommodation and what is most annoying is that it was around 3 in the afternoon and the parking lot was empty. service was average

They tried to give my boyfriend and I a bad smelling room. Then they changed us to a better one, breakfast was bad, they said there was no fruit in the area and every where around you could see tons of fruits. Wifi did not work 99% of the time. The owner and the personel did not connect to us at all. The area was great but the Hostel Just another one, Anything special even though the facilities are nice, They make it feel like any other place to visit.

Rude and unfriendly staff

We stayed here for one night and the room was fairly basic but acceptable for the price that we paid. However when we went for breakfast in the morning the woman on reception was really rude. My spanish is not great but I tried my best to order in Spanish as she did not speak any English. She was deliberately difficult and refused to acknowledge that she understood me. The scrambled eggs came out within about a minute which made me think they were not freshly cooked and when I asked for some butter she said 'no' very bluntly. When I asked if they had trip advisor she all of a sudden managed to find some butter. Nothing worse than rude staff, it really spoils the experience.

Poor Management - Unwelcoming

Stayed in a private room, was clean but had recently been painted so there was an acrid smell lingering in the room, combined with no ventilation it posed a difficult place to sleep. The receptionist was rude and uninviting and refused to make eye contact. The breakfast was included however consisted only of two pieces of dry toast and some scrambled eggs. When we asked for some butter for the toast the waitress stated that they had none, however when we asked if they where on trip advisor, a plate of butter was produced. Not recommended - shame as the place has a lot of potential.
