This hotel claims to have sound proof rooms that’s a complete lie. The beds here are terrible could sleep at all between the noise and the terrible mattress.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction and annoyance at the service paid and received in an absurd way, on Friday at approximately 7 began the plague I arrived at 1230 to ki quarter and 6 and a half hours began blows noises and discomfort of construction that damaged my rest and I did not receive any notification that they were on site and today but at 8 am the same story, and to add insult to injury I go to the restaurant and wait for 15 minutes for a breakfast and no one took the trouble even to greet only "we already attend" and ready that untied in customer service and hospitality and then I go to bathe I do not find shampoo inform and upload a collaborator to scold me hahaa that I handle the complaint and the most pauperimal claim.

overall a great stay. only complaint would be the shower does not get hot ever. i stayed for over a week and had to take cold showers daily which wasn’t ideal. breakfast also fell short with under cooked eggs/arepas and bland coffee a few times but was free and appreciated

Shower will test your resolve

3 is more than enough, not great but not dreadful, the staff are nice and really attentive including the restaurant, the pool is refreshing and clean, the biggest problem was the lack of hot water for showers, we reported several times and not action was taking, so didn't have another choice and take brisk shower. Otherwise it is a good location and great restaurants nearby.
