Connection with the sea, good food and attentive treatment and always with a smile

Four days of total disconnection, at sea at 6.... Safe and quiet thanks to Mr. Rafael and two dogs that we called Securitas and Direct.
Indulged by a great team and by that Claudia, he listens to everything, resolving with discretion, pending to make you feel at home, some loves.

Amazing location and place with rudimentary services.

Incredible staff with precarious infrastructure, which I think tries to be the identity of the place.
One must be prepared not to be able to bathe when they want, not to be able to eat what they want if they did not bring it from outside (it is also not allowed to bring food in).

We are glad you enjoyed the location of the hotel, as our beachfront setting and close connection with nature are truly one of our greatest strengths.
Regarding the food, we currently offer traditional local cuisine as part of the authentic island experience. At the same time, we are actively working on expanding and diversifying our gastronomic offerings in the near future.
Our hotel is a rustic beach property, designed especially for guests who wish to disconnect from daily routines and reconnect with nature. This simplicity is part of the identity of the place and is what many of our visitors value most.
As for water services, the island does not have a natural water supply system. For this reason, water must be stored and transported, which makes its use limited. Our guests are able to shower twice a day, and we understand that this may represent a change from usual routines.
We truly appreciate your understanding and your comments, as they help us continue improving while preserving the unique spirit of the island.

Nice spot for the night

The location is right on the beach. The rooms are rustic but comfortable. The staff was great. There are many options for food and drink nearby. Our boat from Cartagena dropped us off at our accommodations. Bathroom not in the room but close down the hall.

Expected very little, and was still disappointed

So many issues with this place. Overbearing housekeepers, dogs up all night fighting and barking outside your room, and an owner that openly yells and micromanages staff in front of guests. The area and beach is amazing, so it is worth a visit, but we won’t stay at this specific hotel again. There are just too many other options out there to put up with nonsense. This place needs to treat guests better, period!

Very busy with day trippers from Cartagena, very overpriced

It was not quite clear when we booked that there were shared showers and bathrooms. You have to rent the chairs on the beach even so you are a guest at the property. Large groups of people are coming in on boats every day, Very rustic and very overpriced, we paid $50.00 per night, we could see the bar below through the floorboards in our room. The mattresses are on wood pallets and that's it for your room. Not save, my husband had his flip-flops stolen within 30 minutes of our arrival.
The staff (Fernando and Pablo) were very nice and helpful. The cleaning lady tried to keep up in bathrooms but with a large group it's a challenge.
Hopefully this will save you from an unpleasant surprise.
