Peaceful, Elegant, and Exceptionally Well Run

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. The atmosphere is truly special, with so much care and attention evident in every detail. It was incredibly peaceful and quiet, we slept wonderfully, and everything was spotlessly clean with excellent-quality bedding and linens.
The staff were outstanding, always happy to help with reservations, transport, and anything else we needed. A special thank you to Karen at reception for her warm and attentive service.
The location is perfect for exploring the walled city on foot. We look forward to returning one day!

The Perfect Urban Oasis

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Casa Pestagua. Nestled within the walls of the old city, this is the place you want to be to experience all Cartagena has to offer. The accommodations were impeccable. Our suite was stunning, the food and drinks were delicious, and the pool was the perfect oasis. The staff anticipated our every need and were so warm, congenial, and helpful. German took especially good care of us, answering all of our questions and helping us seek out hidden gems in the city. We were sad to leave and cannot wait to return.

The best hotel you'll stay in

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff cannot do enough for you. Our welcome from Brando was exceptional - he showed us everything and made all the great recommendations. Then throughout our stay, Carlos at breakfast was amazing and the whole team was just brilliant. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Best Birthday Weekend at Casa Pestagua!

I had the most special birthday in Cartagena and staying at the hotel made it extra nice! German, the manager and the staff made us feel at home. They greeted me with cake and balloons. We booked the top floor suite , the room was so spacious, elegant and comfortable. The restaurant and the service were beyond our expectations. We will definitely return!
