Amazing location nearly to shops restaurants 5 minutes from the beach only I prefer the windows room No have a curtain Blackout for the for more comfortable nights and morning

Cockroaches everywhere and the manager never came to give an explanation. We had to wait an hour and a half after check-in time. I would like to get full refund for this one.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything we needed was available, which made our stay very easy and enjoyable.
The pool area was one of the highlights of the property. It was beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The overall facilities were great and well taken care of, creating a very pleasant environment throughout our stay.
The apartment itself was spacious and felt very welcoming, making it a great place to rest after a day out. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again in the future.

I asked the staff using hotels.com messaging if the hot tub was actually heated and they assured me that it was, this was a lie. I purposely chose this room because of the staff telling me the hot tub worked properly. We used the hot tub one time after a long day in the dining. I would like a partial refund, as I told them that I would request in messenger odd my demands were not met. They knew and they lied and took my money.
