Super recommended
Absolute tranquility, away from noise, excellent facilities, very coffee maker, beautiful, very good service and delicious food, the weather is perfect, warm in the day and cold at night.

I wouldn't stay here again
It's not really worth staying at this hotel. The towels in bad shape, no water reaches the suites and if it rains it gets the rain water. They repackage the body cream in a shampoo jar and the very poor quality bath products. Very bad food. The friendliness of the staff is rescued.

The worst hotel that I've ever seen
To be honest be careful with this hotel.
Basically we reserve it on April 2024.
I went there with some friends (the first thing that we noticed is the road to the hotel is the worst thing that I've ever seen before) so we arrived at the hotel and we explanied to the managed that the car that we rented is kinda small car, so get in there is just a nightmare for that car (so we cannot stay there).
She just told to us: "What else we can do?" (remember I explained carefully and with all the respect).
At the end, we left because they didn't tell us anything (we waited around 30 minutes for her, and she didn't tell us anything). There's only one route to go and come back (as I mentioned before is the worst road that I've ever seen before).
So at the beginning of the road was around 2 cops there waiting for us, so you can imagine the bad time there. At the end (even if the booking platform tell us that the cancellation is free - please remember that we didn't check in on the Hotel we arrived early just to see all the things there but we're on route to Eje Cafetero, so we just stopped to check the Hotel). They forced us to pay 150$ of 170$ (that was the total for the hotel).
Isn't about the money, I didn't care that. Basically, it was the bad time they put us through and that they branded us as thieves when we didn't even receive a service and even the booking platform told us that we didn't have to pay anything because we hadn't even checked in.
This was my experience without a doubt I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, and I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN.
My recommendation is to avoid it altogether (If you don't want to be scammed).

My favorite place to go out with the family
I love being there, it is a magical place, it has several areas where you can find tranquility, the most beautiful thing is that you can go with your dog friends, the food is delicious, the attention is spectacular, I recommend it. It has varieties of plants, very pleasant green areas. The rooms are super comfortable, it has a tanning area

Terrible service
The only good thing is the comfort of the room, the photos correspond to the place and the bed was in good condition. The bathroom has a lot to improve, the shower was uncomfortable and its temperature was difficult to control. Although the place has good facilities, the experience was overshadowed by POOR SERVICE taking into account:
* The San Silvestre festival on December 31, for which we decided to go, was a total failure. They were not sure where to hold the party, the orchestra played until 11:30 pm, damaging the atmosphere of the night. The grapes and the toast seemed scheduled for next year because everything arrived late and in the end there was nothing as expected
* The dinner that was scheduled and the cost was never informed in advance, turned out to be expensive for the disaster that was served. One of the plates had a wire on it and it didn't even come with wine included. Before the incident they did not change the dish, they did not offer excuses, not even the slightest concern and if it was not because we mentioned it, they would have charged us the full amount as if nothing had happened.
* We recommend not ordering anything without first being sure of the price
* Delayed restaurant service and problems with your orders
* The access road is fatal, we recommend going by dump truck and you must be willing to schedule your outings very well because it is too far from the attractions, once you enter you will not want to leave, not because it is pleasant, but because it is remote .
* Check out took more than an hour, inefficient and they didn't even have the consumption.
* Their desire to charge for everything as a luxury service is evident and, although their prices are not exaggerated, they are very high for what they finally offer.
