A VERY NICE BREAK AT THE STAMATIA HOTEL

Not long back from a week at the Stamatia Hotel, check in was flawless you kindly left some food in the fridge for as we arrived late, the food at the hotel is very good we have been to many AI hotels yours is up there with the best, plenty of very tasty food for everyone and always very well cooked, the room was very nice, although the sea view I paid extra for was a little disappointing as I needed a telephoto lens to see the sea but I suspect that is Thomas Cook over exaggerating the experience and it wasn't cheap through them for that extra special room. The pool area is very nice and quite chilled, it's a relatively small pool but the lifeguard really needs to start and manage the sunbeds the amount of beds with towels in them and no one in sight we never actually sat around the pool all week which was quite disappointing as the rest of the hotel facilities were excellent. Thanks to your staff working extremely hard this is a in the main a very nice hotel with excellent food and very comfortable beds we never experienced any hassle from the young people in the hotel as this was dealt with straight away by your staff including stopping the bikini clad girls trying to access the restaurant, well done. Thanks for a nice week away.

Okay.

The food was dull and dry.
The staff was really nice and kind.
The room was clean and nice, there was not much room in the bathroom, the sink was hidden well behind the toilet door and Man had to stand in the bathroom to close the door. But there was quiet in the hotel and the pool was good for both children and adults.

Beautiful hotel recommended

The hotel is wonderful and very cosy, , rooms clean, bed linen snow white, beds very comfortable, towel changed regularly, location is beautiful, everything is close by, beach 2 minutes, to the center 5 minutes, breakfasts are excellent and varied, lunch and dinner are great, very enjoyed on Friday was Cypriot cuisine, we come a second time and will definitely come back again, recommend , confidently can say our favorite hotel. Special thanks to the staff, especially Natalia the receptionist!

Very positive experience at this charming hotel.

Very nice hotel with a human scale. The dining is exceptional with everything fresh and homemade. A very varied selection of dishes that are not found in all-inclusive packages (grilled lamb chops, octopus, sweet/savory dishes…). The staff is competent and available. In short, we loved everything about this hotel, and the location near the sea and the city is convenient.

Everything was spot on

From going through the doors to reception the first person we met had everything and explained all we needed to know the food was varied and well presented delicious cleaning staff working hard and the staff behind the bar were all very friendly both my wife and I have been to Cyprus over 30 times and would have no hesitation in going back to the hotel Stamatia.
