A superb location with great attentive staff and a relaxing stay in a wonderful resort.
We were celebrating our Ruby Anniversary (40 Years) and on arrival we made a request at reception to book the Aroma restaurant for the following night but as it was closed on this date and Eva passed our request to Guest relations and within minutes of arriving in our Bungalow they called to arrange a booking on another night of our choosing.
Later that afternoon, a bottle of wine and cake was delivered as token of the hotel’s appreciation of not being able to fulfil our original requirement, which we found very thoughtful in addition to the Easter Breads, wine and fruit which were delivered shortly after our arrival.
Rooms
Our swim up bungalow was comfortable air-conditioned room, which was spacious and clean, with a large double bed, large flat screen TV with many English channels as well as small kitchen area with initially fully stock fridge (will provide more details later), wash basin and coffee making facilities. A separate private bathroom/shower/toilet area with toiletries, personal care products. Terrace with loungers and chairs, leading to our shared swim up pool (cold at this time of the year) but we used it every day.
Room had all the usual necessary items safe, iron and board, hairdryer as well as bathrobes and slippers. One small negative the terraced partitioning was flaking off and needs some attention, or better still to be replaced with non-slatted ones to give a little more privacy on your own terrace.
Food and drink
We ate at all the following restaurants that were open at the time of our visit and had been notified by our tour company that not all would be open as it was the start of the season. During our stay we realised why as the hotel was clearly not running a full capacity and it was certainly quieter than we had expected. We found this a positive for us.
Aroma restaurant - Fine dining experience with a second surprise anniversary cake and message from Pia Guest relations(see photo), restaurant quiet ambience was great, food delicious, service excellent (thank you Mohamed) and well worth it.
Estia restaurant - semi outdoor setting it was very windy on our visit, so we asked to move tables and were relocated. Food was good, tried too hard to promote chargeable steaks, than promoting the main meals on offer, still a pleasant experience.
Nico Italian restaurant – Fantastic largest of the speciality dining restaurants, food was fantastic as was the service.
We ate at the main buffet restaurant every day for breakfast and found it to be adequate but have experienced better in many other lesser establishments, little things such as the Pancakes were all Precooked and cold not freshly cooked at the point of service. Whereas the Omelettes were cooked to order and Fried eggs freshly cooked alongside to ensure sufficient flow to meet demand. Otherwise, there was plenty of choice of all your expected requirement.
The main buffet for lunch and dinner equally offered as much choice, the only downside was that the food often was lukewarm although fully cooked. This did not help by the hot plate warmers not seem to be functioning as the plates were always cold.
Grab and Go Café area near reception served the most variety of coffees I have ever experienced on an all-inclusive break, to drink on site or take away with you. (Brilliant) The waiter/waitresses serving in this area and the Lounge bar were fantastic, thank you to Kayak, Lucie, Nina to name a few.
As you may guess by my compliments regarding the coffees I don’t drink alcoholic drinks and found a great choice of soft drinks including Mocktails and smoothies available during our stay. My wife enjoyed the sparkling wines, many of the cocktails as well as other branded drinks available on all inclusive.
Fridge-Mini bar in your room
Please read the details provide on the App on your arrival to understand if your fridge will be restocked or not. If not keep your water bottles and they can be refilled at the Grab and Go Café at reception or other bars during the day as part of your all-inclusive provision.
Scoops Gelateria
A pleasant place to sit down for afternoon ice Cream or take away. Much more choice than the 4 flavours on offer in the main buffet each day.
Wi-Fi in all areas was very good.
All in all, our stay was superb and relaxing. Ok not all facilities were up and operational, but with it being low season and probably quieter than expected due to more important issues happening in neighbouring countries we really could not really asked for more, would we return, Yes…..
To all great staff we could not mention by name Thank you.

Creating memories
We first came here in 2018 with my sister and our family, staying in a swim-up suite. It turned into one of the most emotional times in our lives. My sister became seriously ill during the trip and had to stay at a clinic.
Honestly, the way the hotel handled everything… we will never forget it. The staff arranged meals for her every single day, exactly how she wanted them, and even two of the managers came to visit her. At the clinic. That kind of care goes way beyond service—it felt real.
That same week, my niece was turning 16. Even with everything going on, the hotel made sure her birthday didn’t go unnoticed. They surprised her with champagne, and one amazing staff member, Vasiliki, even bought her a personal gift because she knew my sister couldn’t. That meant the world to us.
Everyone—truly everyone—was so kind and supportive during that time.
Now we are back, this time with my other sister, her baby and our mother, on a bit of a healing trip. We lost my sister to cancer just one month after that visit. Coming back here is emotional, but also beautiful. We’re remembering her, reliving those moments, and creating new memories together.
And honestly—it still feels just as special.
The hotel is beautiful, the area is big and peaceful, and there’s something for everyone. The beach is amazing. The food is really good across all the restaurants, and the drinks are great too. But what really stands out is the people—the staff are warm, kind, and genuinely care.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone—families, couples, friends.
It’s not just a place to stay. For us, it’s a place full of memories, heart, and kindness.
