Defintely one of the very best hotels in Zhuhai. no faults with this. Impeccable staff and facilities. The pool is outstanding!

1, traffic to discomfort and unclear. 2, front desk, lobby staff service is not in place, there is a lack of their own expertise. 3, the lack of breakfast color changes, and the food difference between international brands of continental hotels is very large, even the IHG holiday hotel is not the same, disappointing to extreme. 4, the pool is like digging a pit for guests to pump water, the wind temperature is low, similar to the guest's photos.

Very disappointing intercontinental brand hotel in Zhuhai: 1, uncomfortable access and access. 2, front desk, lobby staff very unprofessional, can not solve the reasonable problems of the guests. 3, the breakfast color has not changed, the difference with the international renowned brands of the intercontinental hotel is very large, doubt is this a renowned international brand of the intercontinental hotel? Stayed for 5 days and 4 nights to eat a delicious breakfast, and get out of the house quickly. 4, the swimming pool is like digging a pit for guests to pump water, the pool wind is large, the water temperature is low, it is not suitable for swimming, similar to the guests to take photos and call, not for guests to relax swimming.

Stayed in Zhuhai many times and this was our the first time at the Intercontinental. Very pleased with the room which was spacious and had a view of the Bridge between Zhuhai, Macau and Hong Kong. Saturday night dinner buffet was excellent and very good value for money. The club lounge was relaxing although the selection of food was disappointing - could be better if serving a few hot dishes. The swimming pool was also excellent, the gym quite small but adequate. Our overall experience was wonderful and we will be back for another weekend break.

We loved the hotel’s location, services, and breakfast. Irene from the concierge team was exceptionally friendly and helpful—she shared great recommendations on places to visit in Zhuhai, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
After we checked out, we realized we had left a few items in our room. Irene contacted us immediately so we could retrieve them. We’re truly grateful for her outstanding service.
Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
