What a fantastic time we had in Zhangjiajle, made all the better by this hotel, wonderful, the lady that runs it couldn't be more helpful from allowing us to use the washing machine (free of charge) also allowing us to stay later than normal for checking out (also free of charge)lovely family, very helpful people, also hotel is in excellent location, 5 minutes walk to bus station and same to cable car station, many shops and restaurants around, so would I recommend this hotel you bet I would

Lovely and helpful staff, great location near a lot of restaurants and the station of the cable car to Tianmen mountain, nice rooms, possibility to use the washing machine. Overall a great experience. 10/10

Great location; check in was easy and convenient. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Would definitely stay again as we enjoyed our time here.

42€ for 5 nights so it is a very cheap hotel, the owners are nice and welcoming. The location is good. The main problem is that there is absolutely no service during your stay, even emptying the trashcan. The window is also not closing. This hotel is a good choice if you want to cheap travel and dont need confort.

I like the good service attitute of the lady owner. She solved the wifi problem very quickly. She arranged a shared car to Xhanjiajie for 30 yuan
