The location is very close to pedestrian streets
The staff are very nice and polite.
I believed I got room upgraded. The room is very clean with large windows, some free drinks in the mini fridge. The bathroom is clean, strong water pressure. Fast internet connection.
Staff cleaned the room, left and hand-written note and an eye mask.
My stay was pleasant.

One of the nicest stays we've had in China! First of all, the staff is great and attentive, kudos to them! The location of the hotel is fantastic. The hotel itself is very clean and maintained, as well as quiet. The room was great, as well. Only downside we had is that we tried to do laundry and couldn't as the machines were either busy or there was almost no place on the balcony to leave our clothes as well (if washed, to dry). Can't really complain, I would stay here again without hesitation. Also, breakfast was very good and there were always free snacks and cold tea by the reception. Would totally recommend this place!

Thanks to all th reception staff. Very helpful they tey to understand foreî people.. we needed a bank they have called the bank to helpus to change money.
The location is perfect... quiet place and pedestrian street nearby.
Î front of the hotel a fantastic massage.
We have spent nice moments.
Warmly recommended

Located in the center, you can reach a lot of locations by metro.
New modern interior, but like all other hotels in China, you can smell sigaretttes.
Good breakfast, nice personnel.

perfect location as right in d midst of food streets. oso abt 350m away from a metro station, which is directly connected to the airport.
staff r super nice n helpful. d breakfast buffet is v good n w variety. rooms r v clean too. d hotel oso provides snacks n a coffee machine for guests use at d lobby at all times.
makes our stay in wuhan superb
