Decent luxury

Prestigious hotel, top level , large room very well furnished with all comforts, very quiet with a large window that from the 28th floor coceded a beautiful view of Shanghai.Colazione complete both sweet and savory helpful and cortese.Sicursmente staff this is a hotel to keep in mind if you decide to visit the modern Shanghai

Air conditioning was not working well, property is clean but far from subway station, around 20 to 30 minute walk. There are a lot of eateries around and a wet market is around 15 minute walk. Rooms are big. Nice big gym and pool, breakfast is very good!

Unforgettable Shanghai in March

I want to thank the hotel staff, the polite, sympathetic people. We lived on the 47th and 43rd floors, the view is amazing from the window, we are very satisfied with the accommodation. The hotel is very cozy, clean linen and towels are snow white, new. All cosmetics are replenished daily, even slippers bring new ones. Cleaning daily, very well. Breakfasts are decent, we're happy with everything- 10/10! Thanks again for these conditions! Near the hotel exit there is a Family mart where you can buy something to eat, a coffee shop, lots of cafes. The subway is a 15-minute walk.

Title: Eye-opening stay with excellent staff

Title: Eye-opening stay with excellent staff
This was my first visit to China, and the whole experience was eye-opening, challenging, and genuinely fascinating all at once. Shanghai itself takes some adjustment, but the hotel made that transition far easier.
The staff were superb throughout. If you don’t speak Mandarin, you’ll rely heavily on translation apps, but this is clearly something the team are very used to and they were consistently patient, helpful, and accommodating.
By UK high-end standards, the hotel feels a little basic, but it is very clean and well run. The building is extremely tall, which may be an issue for anyone uncomfortable with heights, although lower floors can be requested. The rooms themselves are large, spacious, and comfortable.
The restaurants cater well, though Western food is noticeably different from what you’d expect back home still enjoyable, just not the same.
Overall, while Shanghai itself can be challenging for a first-time visitor, the hotel was a solid and supportive base, with excellent staff and comfortable accommodation. A very good stay.
