The hotel is relatively close to the seaside, shopping malls, and places to eat seafood. The service is also in place and the price is high. I will stay here next time I come to Sanya.

It’s the first time to comment, really, it’s one of the worst stays I’ve ever lived in. I can understand the busyness. The sanitation is so poor. It took two hours for the front desk to ask for slippers. I called to remind me and hung up on me twice!

To be honest, the service attitude is very good! very good! but! but! There is no satisfactory place in the whole house. The hotel needs to be renovated. I spent 903 to book two rooms. 402 is mine: a deluxe double bed room, and another parent-child suite with a river view. What kind of balcony did you arrange for me? , Strangely facing the lobby, before checking in, I said that the downstairs bar is noisy, it is indeed noisy! I understand that this time point is expensive. I really can't find a place to stay. Does your hotel not know its own strength? To follow suit and raise prices! Say nothing about the picture above. ps: I came from Haikou, and I brought my family here on weekends. Due to the limitation of parent-child rooms, I found a lot of similar prices and chose this place.

It should be 7:00 in the evening. The front desk said that the room might not be very good. I asked if there was a window, and told me there was. I asked if it was an outer window, and told me that it was an inner window when I arrived in the room. I communicated with Ctrip and the hotel. The room was changed for me within an hour. This is an obvious hotel mistake. The front desk even told me to go to the front desk and spend 150 liters of room. You can’t figure out your own room and ask me to spend money to upgrade the room. For this kind of thing, you have to apply to the leader one by one. Well, just after going out to sea, I was soaked and waited in the room for an hour. Later, I was told that the waiter could only give me the room card after checking the room. I don’t know how the hotel is managed. What was going on in my head? It’s the funniest thing. After changing the room, there is no faucet in the bathtub
