Beyond Expectations — Our Stay at Atlantis Sanya
Our stay at Atlantis Sanya exceeded all our expectations! ✨
We were truly impressed by the hotel, the exceptional service, and the overall atmosphere. The rooms were impeccably clean and well maintained at all time, and after housekeeping each day, a manager personally checked in to ensure everything had been cleaned to our satisfaction — such attention to detail and guest care was genuinely appreciated.
The dining experience was excellent: a wide variety of fresh and delicious food every day. We also especially appreciated the thoughtful compliments from the hotel — the welcome fruit set and lovely gifts in the room, which made our stay feel even more special and welcoming.
A very special thank you to our butler, Robert!
He was available for us 24/7 and assisted with absolutely everything throughout our stay. He accompanied us to the aquarium interactive experiences, helped with translations, arranged restaurant reservations, and even assisted us in finding medicine at the medical center. Furthermore, even with matters unrelated to the hotel — such as excursions — Robert kindly helped us communicate with tour agency representatives and organize everything.
We would also like to express our gratitude for the care shown during our early departure — at 3 AM, Robert thoughtfully arranged takeaway breakfasts for us, which was incredibly considerate and convenient.
It is people like Robert who make a vacation truly unforgettable. Thank you, Atlantis Sanya, for the outstanding hospitality, impeccable service, and warm attention to every detail! ❤️

The BEACH is a disgrace to Hainan's most famous hotel!
It's the second time we've been to Hainan and we're just in love with this island! Chic parks, sights, gentle sea! On this trip we decided to stay in the most famous hotel in Hainan - ATLANTIS! The hotel is impressive, rooms, food, water park, show, but the BEACH is a REAL NIGHTMARE! I'm giving a low grade to get the attention of General Manager! I've been working in tourism for years and this is the first time I've seen such a blunder! Enclosing photo and video confirmation. The whole beach is in garbage, which is 01.00 p.m., and if they left all this dirt on the beach in front of the hotel at night, you could have cleaned it up long ago! This is unsanitary and disrespectful to your hotel guests!

Splendid
I liked everything very much. We were like in paradise for 11 days. The hotel itself, rooms, location, nature, infrastructure, food are beyond praise. Vivid impressions of the water park, oceanarium, dolphin show, inner passage with restaurants and shops. Special thanks to the hotel staff and manager Dayana. She is always in touch, kind, responsive and quickly solves all the questions that arise. I want to come to this hotel again

Atlantis Family stay
Atlantic in Sanya was lovely. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea. The facilities were very good. The pool had loads of space, no problems getting a lounger. The Aquarium was a highlight. There was a very small shallow area in the sea marked out where you could get in but it wasn't great for swimming.
The waterpark was busy, but we really enjoyed the river rapids and slides.
We ate at Crab Kitchen & Gordon Ramseys twice. Both were very good. We were very excited to see Miniso & Popmart in the shopping arcade.
A big thank you to Eliza our butler. She was really helpful and gave me loads of information about the hotel, restaurants, spa & Chinese medicine therapies.
She arranged an extra bathrobe, pillows and large slippers for our son really quickly. Eliza recommended shopping and places to visit which might suit our holiday with our son. She was also helpful about flight times. Thank you Eliza.

Hotel holidays
Thank you so much for your unforgettable vacation! Holidays as a family with two kids, and every day was like a celebration. The grounds are gorgeous - everything is clean, well-groomed, the eyes rejoice. The kids were totally excited about the water park and oceanarium The only downside is a lot of people, better go in the morning. The food was also very good: there was a lot of food, everything was delicious, fresh, and the children always found what they liked. Separately, I want to mention our butler Alina is a very friendly, smiling girl, who helped us with all matters. We got a lot of vivid experiences, energized the whole year. Thank you to the entire Atlantis team for a wonderful holiday!
